Sat in the drive through for kid you not 40 minutes. 40 minutes. That’s not fast food, that’s slow food. Incredibly slow food. And to top it off after I had payed for my food, the lady at the window asked me what I ordered?! I’m not even mad at this point just disappointed. Do better this is embarrassing.

The morning crew should be absolutely ashamed of how they conduct themselves. Even with a short staff there is no excuse for how rude and disrespectful the woman working the window was this morning.We ordered two breakfast sandwiches, and five hashbrowns in the drive thru. They did not take our order correctly, and did not bother to confirm it before taking payment. They also were not taking payment at the first window. We watched two cars drive off before making it to the second window because the wait was that long.Once at the second window we were handed the wrong order and met with a snarky attitude when we asked for the *correct* order.Do not recommend.

I stopped at this particular McDonalds two mornings in a row (first time at 5:45 am and the second at 6:45 am). The place was not open for business yet either day despite it supposedly opening at 5:00 am. The first day after being told they were opening late, I went to Starbucks to pick up a coffee, then went back to the now-opened McDonald’s. I asked for two sausage burritos, and was told they ran out of them. They just opened! How could they be out of burritos already? Whoever owns this particular franchise should take a close look at who they are hiring to run their morning shift because it’s obvious those employees just don’t care about the restaurant at all.
