They renovated in January 2025. They don’t take orders at the counter anymore. They don’t have anyone interfacing with the customers to resolve the many issues that the redesign has caused. Took 30 minutes to get breakfast. The kiosk says to take a table number and they will deliver to your table but they just place it in the shelf with the to-go and food delivery orders. This location gone from my favorite McD location to the worse. It seems as if they don’t want dine-in customers anymore.

The staff isn't the problem here. It's the whole design of this restaurant inside. I'm sure drive thru is great, but go inside and you have to ask for ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you need from drinks to napkins. NOTHING is available to serve yourself. Except, of course, placing your own order.

McDonald’s ought to be ashamed of themselves… I ordered a large fry, and the container was filled less than halfway… I ordered a quarter pounder Deluxe with cheese and extra pickles, And they put 12 pickles on the sandwich and then took it upon themselves to add Extra mayonnaise…

My mom recently sprained her ankle, and we unfortunately had to Uber the food. Getting the food, it arrived cold, and the special request for our food was not followed. (we don't live far, so it wasn't on the Dasher part of receiving it cold) We drove back up there to get the order remade and at the drive-thru, we repeated back the order. Getting the food the second time! It was still made incorrectly, and the manager on duty, Josie, said it was our fault. She was very unsympathetic to our situation and offered a half-hearted apology. I am very disappointed with the customer service. It was a considerable inconvenience and defeated the whole point of Uber! To the manager, I’d recommend you learn to stop being combative when you are clearly at fault. Just because you remade the food doesn't mean you did your “job” that's only half of it. Customer service goes hand in hand. Cutting off someone and saying your robotic “I apologize” isn't manager status. Be glad that my phone died so we couldn't finish our conversation.

Placed my order online for counter pick up, I get there in pouring rain and no one says a single thing to me , no greeting, no "are u here for pick up". So I stood there for 5 min waiting, once I saw this would continue I went to get my phone. Came back in on my phone continuing a previous conversation. 8-10 min later the work places a bag on the counter and I ask "is this me" no response. So I read receipt the bad and saw it wasn't mine 2 min later she announces my order and I leave. I live 5 min away from this location and got 20 spicy nuggets , and half were hard and stale smh
