Ordered through Uber eats & my whole order was wrong!! Smh. Missing main items, no sauces, no straws, no napkins, cold fries/whole container put in bag upside down, and the sweet tea was definitely unsweetened tea. I usually like this McDonald’s but this just changed my whole mind about them. PLS SLOW DOWN AND CHECK RECIEPTS THOROUGHLY BEFORE THROWING FOOD OUT THE DOOR. Yall really just threw anything in the bag & said we’re done.

We went specifically for the Grinch Meal, which is advertised as being different from a regular Big Mac or 10-pc nugget combo meal because it includes dill pickle seasoning for the fries and a pair of Grinch socks. You can even buy the Grinch fries separately -- so the seasoning is clearly a core part of the promotion. We ordered two Grinch Meals and a Happy Meal ahead of time on the mobile app to save everyone time. We arrived at the drive-thru around 5:42 PM with only three cars ahead of us to get to the ordering screen. By the time we reached the order screen (6:03 PM), we let them know we were there to pick up our mobile order and gave my name and order code. After creeping through the line and finally making it to the pickup window, it was already after 6:16 PM. When the last items were handed out, I checked the Grinch boxes -- mainly to make sure our sauces were included -- and noticed there was no dill pickle seasoning. I told the attendant, and she went to check. She came back with, "Sorry, we've been out." Honestly, I was shocked. The seasoning is half the gimmick, and each Grinch Meal costs over $3 more than ordering the exact same items individually from the regular menu. If you buy "Grinch fries" separately, you also pay extra. So paying a premium for something the store didn't have -- and didn't warn customers about -- is incredibly misleading. When I said that the seasoning was the whole reason we ordered those meals, the response was basically, "Yeah, everyone's coming up asking and we're out. We don't have any." And that was it. By then it was well past 6:20 PM. We'd prepaid, waited nearly 40 minutes, and ended up overpaying for a promotion this location was completely out of -- with no notice at the order screen or anywhere else. We were never given the chance to change our order or request a refund before wasting all that time. Overall, the experience was ridiculous and honestly felt like a scam. If a store is out of one of the two main items that justify the higher price, customers should be informed before they pay or wait in line, not after the customer figures it out on their own later.

horrible customer serv was in line this moening to get mt steak egg mcmuffin twice they got it wrong pulled me to the third window the older lady finally after 15 mins gave me my order and it was still wrong, the young lady told her it was wrong the 1st time but she diddnt listen i came bk home and still had it wrong put ham on mt steak im allergic to port i bit into it thank god i didnt have an allergic reaction otr i would have sewed mcdonalds and the one that was involved

Ordered online at 10pm. Paid for it online. Went to drive thru to pick it up. Arrived at drive thru at 10:07pm. Sat in drive thru line for 10 minutes. When I got to the speaker (at 10:17pm) I was was told they were closing at 10:30pm and refused to make my order. Took my money but would not make my food. I was told to cancel my order. VERY UNETHICAL. I will not be returning to this location And I will be posting my awful experience all over social media so everyone knows how awful and unethical this place is.

My lady at the first window that sounds like a robot is an absolute saint. I thought she was a legit robot taking my order until I got to the window and heard her taking somebody else’s order. She is always a pleasure to interact with. And always very uplifting. Keep doing your thing girl!

Ordered a mocha frappe...sumn simple... I stood there and watched 3 people standing there waiting for one person to make food ... They laughed chatted etc while I'm at the register just standing there ...one employee Indian lady I think not sure but had her hand all in her shirt untucked scratching her back with her bare hands her work uniform looked like it need to be washed... And few minutes later after I watched her scratch all up on her skin n back n watched her touch peoples food n bag then walked over to me n said what are u waiting for I said my frappe I already paid she makes a smirk n walks off goes behind wall makes the drink n comes n sets it far away from me on the counter n says it's right der like really u working that hard laughing n talking n scratching her sweaty body n not washing her hands that u couldn't hand me my order... Which I refused to drink cause she didn't wash her nasty hands after being on the front line in front of customers doing what she wasn't supposed to do the white manager or employee a lady then gets rude with me cause I said I don't want what she touched... So now two employees are acting in a rude n disgusting manner it was uncalled for and they both should know better n do better I am and have been a manager in restaurant all my life and no this is unacceptable service ..rude and disgusting behavior I could see from a child but 2 grown adults unacceptable next time I'll record it oh and by the way..this mcds for a small frappe it is 440 before tax for a smalllllll.... The other mcds around the corner about 1 n half miles away the small is only 2 dollars ... The med n large are more than what's priced at other mcds too may I suggest y'all go to a different one because this one is over priced and needs proper training on hospitality and health hazards...

I recently moved to this side of town. Love the McDonald's app as those who are on a limited budget can earn points and rewards for a free food by downloading the app on your Android or iOS app. Who wouldn't enjoy free food?
