Four of us visited this McDonald's for dine-in on a Sunday afternoon. We didn't order anything too complicated. -- two Big Mac meal deals (with French fries and sodas) and two chicken sandwiches. In spite of there being only a few customers, we waited a LONG time for our food. At least 15 minutes; maybe more. When we finally received it, it was lukewarm at best. Our sense was that the restaurant was understaffed and priority went to the DoorDash, UberEats, and drive through customers. The restaurant was clean. Parking was sufficient.

THEY RAN OUT OF SHAMROCK SHAKES ON ST PATRICKS PARADE…. THEY WERE SCREAMING AT COSTUMERS AND they were really mean. They were lazy pickets and you should never go here again. Took us 1 hour to get food NASTY FIRES AND NO GREEN FOOD. EXPECTED TO BE FESTIVE WAS NOT. They are hating.

This is by far the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to. Every time I come here I’m waiting in the drive thru line for a minimum of 30 minutes.

This is the slowest McDonald’s on Earth. It takes them probably 3-5 minutes per car in the drive through. Not an exaggeration.
I was sitting in the drive thru for an entire hour after placing an order through the app. The order was wrong at first and then once I finally received my order the fries were old and cold. I will never visit this location ever again. I hope that they are able to get the right help and support that they need to turn things around.

Tuesday 730pm I ordered on the mobile app five minutes before I got here sat here for 10 minutes curbside walked in and told them that I was waiting on it. They were all standing around in the kitchen never even saw the order come through. 30 min visit
