I always have problems with my order here and they always cancel my order. I ordered in the time frame indicated for breakfast only to learn my order was canceled 3 mins after breakfast ended. I paid my money and the employees are canceling orders and stopping McDonald’s from receiving money for the order. They sent me money back (5-7 business days) and guess what. No McDonald’s is selling breakfast anymore. So I don’t get food and McDonald’s doesn’t get paid. Someone is stopping business and should be fired on the spot. They are working against the main idea of even having a job

Fries cold. Cheeseburger cold. Waited 30 minutes. Make no sense when no one is in the store expected better service since I went in and waited. A disappointment all around. First and last time ordering Ticket #707 on 10/19 2025 @ about 2:30 pm. Ridiculous!

This is the slowest fast food I've ever seen. 25 mins for cold cheeseburger and fries and wanting to charge for a cup of water. If I could give a 0 I would‼️
I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese no pickles, add lite mayo. I received a quarter pounder with cheese with three slivers of onions enough mayonnaise to make a quarter pounder soup and no mustard.

This is probably the worst McDonald's in the 757. Every time I come here they mess my order up. Last time I ordered a large combo two cheeseburger meal. The large fry was half filled. I didn't get a straw with my drink which I asked for light ice and got a cup full of ice. I asked for extra ketchup on my cheeseburgers didnt get extra ketchup on either one of them. I specifically asked for extra ketchup so that I can get fresh made hamburgers and then they purposely just take the ones that was pre-made throw them in the bag

Mcdonald's app order was fulfilled by this location. Not only were we missing HALF of the $77 order, the food we did receive looks like it was pulled out of a dumpster. Their phone line isn't active, so don't bother calling. Contacted customer support for both the app and the delivery service and they won't do anything.
