It never fails that coming to this location there is something always left out of my bag! Also, please do better with training your people who take orders at the drive thru. I had to help a young man correct my order because obviously he was new and didn’t know how to add an item that I always get with my meal and he stated that he couldn’t do it, which was definitely possible, because they do it at other locations all each time, because I order the same thing. Nevertheless, just take into consideration that when you eat out, I am sure that you expect to get exactly what you ordered, especially after you have paid your money! Check your bags people ALWAYS before leaving this location.

Placed an order For three meals waited in line for 20 minutes after I paid Only to be told to please park. then I proceeded to wait for another 20 minutes before they brought my food out to me and everything was ice cold and then had to go back inside to get part of my order that was not included in the bag.

Drive thru is a joke. 30 mins waiting usually and thats on a good day. They dont seem to move larger orders to a staging point to let quick orders through to keep line moving.

Every time I’ve come to this location, the service is incredibly slow and yet pushy all at once and there’s always issues with the orders. Even this time when they brought it out to our car we received no straws, we didn’t receive all of the sauces we asked for (got ketchup instead of picante and didn’t receive the new fire sauce they have when that was also on our order). Not to mention, my bacon double quarter pounder with lettuce came without bacon. This is the last time I’m coming to this McDonald’s again. I don’t even blame the workers, no one is paid enough to care nowadays and I honestly wouldn’t either. Management should attempt to make moral better, even if pay can’t be situated. No one should hate what they do but feel they have no way out.
