Went to drive threw ordered a number 3 with sweet tea. I parked open my bag I had someone else's order. I went back to drive thru and gave them the bag back and got the right order. While I was driving I took a sip of my tea it's unsweetened. I will never go back there .

Rude ahh workers. Pull up to the window, cashier didn’t say good morning or nothing, just look at you like she’s mad you came to get food. Pulled to second window, again, no good morning, passes me my food, I say thank you, he just closes the window. Nobody told you to work at McDonalds….should have canceled the order & pulled off. Nasty ahh energy, early in the morning, faced balled up, early in the morning. Shouldn’t be working with customers if you hate your job so much

Order is rarely correct, doesn't matter if i door dash or order and pick up myself, wrong most of the time, have to go inside to get it fixed, once was told by a worker that she knows she put everything in my bag and did not want to give me the missing items, manager had to come out and fix it, have had a few employees be nice but not often

I Ask for McDouble with no pickle they're supposed to make a fresh one on the grill instead I got a dry old overcooked Patty and a burnt bun I gave it to my dog what a waste of $5 for one Burger. Sad because most of the window people at the drive-thru are nice most not all

I've had my order consistently wrong with this place. Do the workers not care? Are they genuinely incompetent? They want higher pay but can't get a simple order right. Maybe we should leave fast food to the robots.

This is by far the most incompetent McDonald's I go to. The line is usually long, and 99.99% of the time they are GOING to mess up your order or forget something. I do typically go later in the night but that isn't an axcuse for terrible service, especially when other McDonald's have far better service at the same hours. They seriously need to just fire the GM and the entire working staff and start from scratch because whoever the GM of this location is seriously incompetent and unable to run a successful establishment.
