Good service but expensive for the quality of the food. I really appreciated the attendant who took my order. My kids really wanted whipped cream and she let me order three cups of whipped cream for them and it was only just over $1. However, McDonald's prices have gotten a lot higher overall, so minus one star.

About 90 percent of the time that I order through Grubhub, the order is wrong. I can almost guarantee you that I’ll be missing something from my order. The only reason I keep ordering from there is because my kids beg for it. Otherwise, this particular McDonalds would not get my business.

When the rush happens you will be ignored for at least 10mins at counter since drive thru comes first. Best bet is to place online order. Really it's just in a bad area in the 5 points area.

Sat in the drive thru forever and when I got to the window they told me to pull up to the Reserved Drive Thru spot. I sat there for over 20 minutes watching everyone else get their food at the drive thru. I finally went inside to ask about my food and stood there another 20 minutes when there was at least 15 people working. Every single employee ignored me even when I said "Excuse me." Every. Single. One. I was so angry I ended up walking out and I lost $13 because I never got my food. Very poor customer service.

I'm not sure what it is about fast food places like this McDonald's. If your employees know the fries have been out for 10+ mins, the fries are old! Do not sell them to the customer. I guarantee you that if you tell a customer that you're waiting on fresh fries, they would happily wait. This McDonald's is a huge offender of this.

12/27/2023 Update: If a mistake is made on an order, it is the establishment who need to make it right. Don't hand it off to the customer to complete. Especially if missing item should have been heated up to prevent foodborne illness. I was usable to go back a 3rd time to try and get it prepared correctly.Initial review:After spending a long time in drive-through we were given cold fries in quick loathing he devised that were mumbled and by the employees it's better then say and think you and I get a welcome. So I will give them that
