Just wanted to grab something close and quick. Fries were fresh and hot. I order hot tea. Which is hot water and tea bag(no problem) and a McChicken with ketchup added but got a sloppy chicken sandwich without ketchup and glob of mayonnaise.

I haven’t eaten at McDonalds in a while because their employees are always rude & my visit today was no different. You literally come in contact with 2 people in the drive thru, the money taker & the person handing you your food…the guy handing me my food was rude. No hello, no go to hell, no nothing…opened the window, gave me my drink, had his head turned the other way while handing me my food, I said thank you, he just walked away from the window. These fast food places need to do better training with their employees on customer service even though it should be self explanatory, clearly it’s not. I guess their parents didn’t teach them manners & they carry that over into teenage/adult hood. It’s so rude not to say hello or you’re welcome when working with customers. I’ve been working with customers all my life & I would never be rude to somebody who I don’t know or who hasn’t done anything to me. Next time I’m going to snatch my food out their hand & pull off. I’m going to start giving the same energy I get with these fast food workers. My fries was hot though

Each time that I've been here for breakfast or lunch, my food has always been hot and fresh. Literally the best McDonald's that I've been to in the states.

Weird smell in the lobby the day we went. Food was what you would expect from McDonald's.
I got fries a burger and nuggets the fries were cold and my burger was hard and my nuggets were also hard too the service was not bad but not great she didn’t say nothing except the total and she was on the phone while giving out food and she was also cursing talking about customers to the person the phone. Also did not wear a hair net

It seemed like every McDonald's you go to now the service is slow the customer service is raggedy the prices are still high and they don't have enough workers because they don't want to pay the workers no money to come to work is hard work doing fast food and the people that own these McDonald's they need to understand that and do better all the billions of dollars they make each and every day or week however they make it they make good money and it's sad to see that the McDonald's are not living up to their name anymore!!!!

Kind of an average experience and honestly from McDonald's I've learned to expect pickles and onions being put on my burger when I ask for no pickles and onions. That's not their store. That's all stores

I like taking my kids here so they can play at the same time. but it would smell better if the bathrooms and tables , especially the playground area are being sanitized regularly 🙂
