This is the best looking, but slowest, most unprofessional McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve lived in this area for about 5 years now and it never changes. The workers (mostly) do not care whatsoever about working here. And they take absolutely forever. I picked up an uber eats meal here once and waited almost 30 minutes! Please pay the workers more so they can actually care about their jobs!!!

First time at this location since we're traveling through. Surprised by the speed! I submitted the order on the app as we were pulling into the parking lot, by the time we parked in our spot they were carrying it out within a couple minutes tops. All of the food was piping hot, hash browns are 10/10(according to my wife who is a McDonald's hash brown connoisseur). Now let me get back to this good food.

There is ALWAYS a long wait before getting service in Drive Thru. The majority of the time, you get attitude from the person pushing out the order;when something is left out the bag. Or the order is cold or even incorrect.

It says on their website that they’re open 24hrs and when I went there at 2am I saw a car outside, all the lights were on but no one was operating the drive through speaker. I waited for like atleast 20 minutes and no one ever took my order. 17 June 2025 at 2am.

The staff was extremely busy but we’re still quick to serve and help. The area wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived, but it was busy. And we loved the fact that it had a playground! One of the only ones I’ve seen with a playground as of late.
So, overall for a McDonald’s I’d say it was 4 out of 5 for food (meaning it was warm and had plenty of veggies). That being said, the sandwich was a bit sloppy in how it was put together. Don’t blame them though, again it was super busy. Service was slightly slow, but not bad since they were busy. And the customer service was pretty good. 😊.

The food came very late after they found out that my food was still at the counter even though I chose for table service. They also got my order wrong and the food was starting to get cold. It was a mess at the kitchen everyone was horsing around.

This McDonald's restaurant offers efficient curbside pickup. I chose this service due to a lengthy drive-thru line. My order was prepared and ready for pickup shortly after placing it. The nuggets and fries were fresh. Excellent job by the staff and team at this McDonald's location!
Note: this is not a one-off occurrence. I truly wish I could give the food zero stars as in we never received the food we ordered. We ordered DoorDash for the second time in 2 weeks. The previous time we received the food but no drinks. Today we received the drinks but no food even though the full orders were listed on the bags. We contacted our dasher about the missing food and she made her way back to the restaurant to get it. When she arrived, some uptight manager told her that they had already confirmed the full order was present when she picked up the drinks earlier, which was a lie since the drink bag was still sealed when it arrived. They refused to give her the food and said we had to call DoorDash support.
We ended up getting our refund, but due to this recurring issue, we will gladly go out of our way to take our business elsewhere. We suggest you do the same. Not being dramatic, just trying to save others the money and hassle.
