I came threw the drive threw 4-15-24 at 3am ish I pulled up to the order taker the cashier told me that I’ll up to the second window I sat there behind the car patiently for 10 mins when I got the window she told me they were closed I ask why would you tell me pull up if you gone tell me yall only doing DoorDash she could have told me that at the order taker she was very apologetic but I was already pissed I had to drive to another and wait in another line at least they food was fresh but yeah do better

Didn’t even move in line for like 10 minutes only to move forward a few feet and wait again. The drive through greeted us and the proceeds to take an order from someone else and keep the mic on. Over all this was unnecessarily complicated.

Went on Wednesday and used my app with my reward it should be $2-3 and I see today they charged me $20 and checked the app to see they charged me for the person ahead of me’s order. You could tell on the speaker the lady was frustrated at the time and no one was at the window to pay so I moved to the second window. They asked what I had and if I paid I said I used the app and no one was over there and the lady just said “I told her” as if frustrated with the woman taking orders and walked off. Other lady walks over hands me my order and I said did payment go through? She said yes so I left. I understand being understaffed and waiting longer times with the state of things but I can’t understand allowing people who don’t get the technology to deal with people’s money. Makes me very weary to continue using the app.

We celebrated a birthday party in this play place and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was so accommodating. Kevin was so funny and was so attentive throughout the whole birthday. The manager Esther was soooo sweet! It was truly a team effort.

Haven't been to the arches in awhile, so the grandkids and I enjoyed cheeseburgers and fries. Brings back the memories of the McDonalds laid-back style. I sooo forgot to get the "gotta have" chocolate shake. Oh well, going to go again.
The wait is not so great. It's always so many customers parked to the side waiting for their food and please stop putting so much salt on the fries.
