I usually DoorDash my food because I don’t have transportation and I physically can’t handle walking long distances, so I keep having this problem where every time I order 2 meals (for me and my my husband).. I get 1 fry and 1 drink out of the 2 meals. I thought maybe the first time was a mistake, but this is the third time. I’m pregnant and honestly really upset because I just wanted my shake and fries, it’s ridiculous that this has happened to me MULTIPLE times. Please do better because that’s literally what I paid for. Smh.

We arrived after normal lunch crowd. We placed our order. Fifteen minutes later, they still had not started our order. They had 8 very large takeout bags the crew was placing orders into. Over fifteen minutes later, I got my fast food order

No Fish at 12:30????? OMG!!! Went back today 1230 sat in drive thru for 15mins. Get to the window and employees laughing. Didn't say nothing just let me watch them fix drinks and I didn't even order a drink. WOW....McDonald's just don't care anymore.🤔

Maybe I should of read the reviews before I stopped. Ordered small fries because I was on my way to work and I should of never stopped here. McDonald's is known for their fries and so to have to add salt after I received them takes away from the experience. I thought I would get the same experience at my other location but that wasn't the case. Just the take home fry experience was enough to not want to go back. McDonald's please do better. Just a real dry experience. Seemed like Noone wanted to be there no we'll welcomes inside was dry and it's Christmas time.

This has gotta be one of the worst McDonalds I have ever been too… Sat in Drive thru for well over 30 mins tonight. They asked us to pull up and park. After sitting for some time, wife decided to walk in because we thought they forgot about us. Someone “forgot” about the nuggets apparently. We ordered 2 5’s….. Wife describe inside as utter chaos … Machines beeping, old bald McDonald’s dude rubbing his crotch, someone talking about their donuts. Lady… upgrading a medium fry to large does not make us happy. Do better…
