The McDonald's was short staff. My food was hot but the burger was half raw. The service was excellent other than the buger

Yall day shift really needs a whole new crew! Yall need to stop hiring these kids who could careless about what they giving to people. Its no way yall be missing patties off the bun, come back to get the order re made yall missed a spicy chicken on a bun as well. Pack everything in one bag so everything falls straight through the bag when you get home. Food be burnt, fried to a crisp including the meat. Buns be burnt. Lettuce be hard. Day shift needs to reevaluate yall employees. Its horrible and its trash. Its sad how you can only come there after 9pm to get good service. Get yall employees together. Its TRASH DURING THE DAY

Usually this location is very good. The service is slow sometimes but the workers are always really nice and the food is always hot. I was there 11/24 between 7:30pm and 7:45. The girl that took my order was really nice. But as soon as I got to the second window the experience changed. It took almost 10 minutes for my food which is fine, it is what it is. But the girl that was presenting didn’t greet me, she almost handed me a drink that wasn’t mine. I told her my order, in the middle of me telling her she closed the window. I wasn’t being rude or anything but someone deleted my order off the screen, probably to keep the timer from going red. She then hands me my correct order a few minutes later and forget the sauce that I ordered. The fries were hot BUT they were literally old fries thrown back in the fryer not fresh. The nuggets were old also. The burger was good but also cold. I wouldn’t have minded the nuggets and burger if the fries were fresher than these refried ones. And I definitely wouldn’t be writing this review if the girl at the second window between the time frame was rude or had an attitude. Why work in customer service if you’re going to have an attitude like that, or better yet, why work in a spot that your greeting customers with an attitude like that. Maybe a graveyard shift would suit her better. I believe her hair was up in a messy bun and she had a sweater on.

The worst McDonald’s ever I’ve been to this McDonald’s, maybe three times in the past two months and every time Ive been my food has been messed up It’s a lady who work at night (dark skin with glasses heavy accent) she always has food in her mouth or crumbs and grease around her mouth and she does not seem to comprehend to the menu nor to the food. It takes her at least 10 minutes to take your order. It’s normally a bunch of young kids, a crowd of young kids that work inside the store and they always joking and playing along with taking their time! They’re playing over your food as if it’s a joke when it’s not.They always have nasty attitudes when they come to the window as if you’re the one wrong when they messs up your food I’ve been in this area for almost 3 years and every time I’ve been to this McDonald’s it has been a problem. I have once been served raw and cold cookies. I have once gotten my cookies with only two in a pack. I have once got my cookies where the packs will fill up with napkins when the overnight crew wanted to play. I have also had times where my burger had stuff on it that I asked to not have I sent it back to get a new burger but the burger look it’s like they scrape it off and use the same burger.
This is the slowest drive-thru lime I've ever been in. Even when doing a mobile order, it still take over 20 minutes for food. Staff constantly neglects the window and you can hear them loudly yelling and laughing in the back. My food sat at the second window for 5 minutes with 3 other bags. I dont understand why food wasn't being past out to keep the line moving. Mind you, this is the status quo for this location.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but every time my family and I go to this McDonald's we are shocked by how wonderful the staff are. The employees here some of the kindest I’ve met, something that is so rare in the fast food industry these days.
Nothing fast about this fast food place or convenient. Sky high prices for subpar food at best. Last week I was at the drive-thru for 15 minutes with no one coming over to intercom. Couldn't get out of line because I had people in front and behind me. No one had the decency to let me know what was going on nothing but silence felt trapped. Fast forward today walk inside I'm the only one standing in line, they seem more concerned trying to work the drive-thru than any customer that walks inside wasn't great it stood there for about 5 minutes no one asked me how I was doing how they could help me or anything they ignored me like I was a ghost so I walked out. Never again

Worst McDonalds I’ve been to in the Hampton roads. He go through the drive-through thinking it’s gonna be quicker even when it’s late at night and then you have somebody coming on the Mike telling you hey welcome to McDonald’s. How can I take your order finally and then you start ordering and then they tell you hold on and then you wait another 10 to 20 minutes and you’re already stuck in the drive-through
Very slow bad customer service and have been waiting 20+ mins for my food placed my drinks on the counter didn’t call my number or have straws with it and had to wait five mins to one of the workers to see me waiting to ask for straws
