This McDonald's on Tidewater drive needs to do some employee training, or at least have a reading and hearing test performed during the interview process. They have gotten my order wrong the last 4 times I've visited this location and I haven't received a refund or had my order made right at all. Please, if you need McDonald's, visit another location. I've included a picture, it was not supposed to have ketchup

The food's good, Location is modernized, but service is a bit slow (likely due to understaffing post-pandemic). It's not terrible, so definitely do still stop by!Parking: It can be hard to find parking during busy hours. Being right off the main road, it can also be frustrating to get in and out here, as there isn't much room due to the drive thru and people moving about.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking, ramped sidewalk. Tables for wheelchairs. Accomodating staff.

Sat at drive through screen for 3-5 minutes with no response so thinking something was wrong, I drove up to the window. There I was told "I didn't acknowledge you or say anything because I was busy counting money" and my screen froze. I asked if I could place my order at the window and was told I had to ho back around and get back in the line that was to the street at this point because he was busy taking another order. Disgusted!! Please teach your workers about customer service !!

It was too slow to get served. I stood in front of a register as the lines got longer and finally gave up and left. They never came to the register the whole time. The drive through was out in the street at 10 on Saturday morning.

When we arrived there was no sign on the door letting us know that the it was drive thru was open and no curbside orders. We waited for someone to come to curbside and we waited for a while so we decided to go thru drive thru for them to tell us they couldn't do curbside orders therefore our food was cold. The food was awful. Staff very unprofessional.

I ordered breakfast on the "convenient" mobile app (which showed breakfast from 6:00a-11:00a). However, I'm told breakfast is over, when I pulled up at 10:41a. As I'm typing this, my order still shows active in the app. The person in the drive-thru advised me that she canceled my order. I went inside, only for the manager to brush it off, when I asked for proof of cancelation (since it's still active in the app). She just replies " it's automatically canceled, if you're not here by 10:30a" (and walks away).
