So here's something I'd like to explain the employees didn't give me any nuggets when I got a $5 meal deal they only gave me a McDouble and a small fry and even if they do give you the right stuff they don't even give you the right sauce I asked for barbecue sauce but they gave me sweet and sour McDonald's you need to step up your service

cashier on july 20th, 2025 at 4:30pm acted disgusted when they handed me my order, and rude all to the other customers there.
Came through drive thru July 20th, 2025, about 135pm. Guy cut I. Line in front of me. Turns out his order was missing an item.
We ordered 2 #2 and a number 7. When we pulled up they asked me what I ordered. I had checked the order on the screen and the order was good. I gave them the receipt. The manager went through the bag. Seems they for got one of my 1/4 lb'ers. When we got home they for got a french fry to. The whole team dropped the ball on this.
I will not be going back to get my fries. You all can have them.

Did a dash at this location today. There were several people waiting for food. I stood there for several minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I finally caught the ladies attention when she came back with the food for the person that had ordered when I walked in and said I had a DD. She said she was getting ready to start on the DD orders. This was 6 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. I'm looking in the back and people are meandering around like they don't have a lobby full of people waiting on orders. One person is literally leaning on the stack of happy meal boxes with their face all over their hands and playing on their phone. The lady finally comes out with DD order and asks if anyone has the name I had told her I had. She rolls her eyes and meander back to the kitchen. Poor customer service and EVERYONE in the back looked like they didn't want to be there. Not smiling and acknowledging customers. No have a nice night.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been too!
-Took nearly 30 mins to get my food!
-Gave me the wrong meal and took another 15 to correct it
-Lazy, rude, and aggressive staff smelled of weed and on their phones
-Someone inside was throwing food around and no one was cleaning it up
-Got home and my food was horrible I got sick

Bailed after waiting for 20 minutes for them to make a simple cheeseburger. Go to another mcdonalds, there’s one 5 minutes away that’s perfectly fine.

I ordered a $5 meal deal with a double cheeseburger and it came with no Patty there was only cheese two buns pickles and onions I think it was ridiculous but it is what it is

Customer service is sub par at best, can’t carry out simple tasks like including ketchup when asked, napkins, run payment correctly. Walks away while customers are speaking and confused why things were missed. 5/13/25 Young man taking drive through orders needs service training.

You have to order by kiosk and 3 of the 4 were out of order. The only working one was being used by someone ordering for a group of 10. There were 3 people in line ahead of me to order. All I wanted was a bike!

I went to this location tonight at 9:55pm I believe and a young lady name Tess had Given the worst customer service every mind a person had cut in the drive thru line and I called to inform them that and she was nothing but nasty and rude and so I took matters into my own hand considering Tuss had more energy in to being rude then managing the the drive thru line this use to be my favorite location but it’s no way I will continue to spend money where rude people will be handling my food. Please talk with Tuss or better Customer service.
