Had a very good meal tonight! Lee helped me through paying with my phone (no small task) and we got great food and service. The only good fast food place in Norf. Thet always treat us right!

This store needs to be cleaned the tables was not wiped the floors were dirty and the guy cashier at the front counter was very rude and nasty I spoke to the manager she acted unconcerned not knowing that cashier gave me a refill drink of something that was not what I asked for it’s wrong and dangerous to change someone drink without informing them for what ever reason. This restaurant employees are not to be trusted such a scary situation that will be addressed.

They took 15 minutes to give me 1 mcchiken and was still missing a medium fry which they told me that it wasn't a medium when I asked the cashier to make it a MEDIUM meal never ever going back

The service is the worst. The guy handing food out at the drive thru, does not speak just hands you the food and glares at you while you check your order is correct. They do not give you napkins with your food. They need some serious help in customer service training. No one is forcing them to work there if they hate it enough to be rude to every customer, seems there’s a pattern in all these reviews. The fries are never salted!! I’m also trying to figure out why the pickles in my burger look like the stick their fingers through the center of them. Unfortunately this is the closest location to my house or I would definitely go to a different one.
