Good afternoon. I usually dont post reviews about stores. But when a mistake is made and its not on my part an apology would be nice. I raise myself and my children to do the right thing. I would never disrespect anyone and their store. I ordered food from here and my son put jelly beans on the counter. The gentleman rung up my plates. Then held the jelly beans up to the scanner. I assumed that he scanned them and everything was place in the bag. I reached in the bag and took the jelly beans out and gave them to my son and went to the counter to put seasoning on my fries. Then as I was leaving my son was still talking to the gentleman and then he ran behind me to catch up. As I was sitting in my car putting my food up a gentleman ran out and told me to come back in. I said may I ask why he said you didnt pay. I sai sir I did well he said you didnt. So I went back in because I knew I was in the right. I told the gentlemen at the register that you scanned the items and they were put in the bag. I took them out and gave them to my son. After checking receipts Needless to say he forgot to scan the item. All we had to do was view the cameras i would have waited. I told him to pull the cameras. I paid the heavy price of embarrassment and paid for what I though was already paid for 1 dollar. I have never been so humiliated. My son has adhd and has high energy and I try to keep him calm as best I can. I was definitely distraught by this matter. I am ex law enforcement. I do not need to steal nor do I condone it. Please handle the situation better next time 😊 thank you and have a wonderful day.

Store is well organized, prices are more than reasonable, customer service is neighborly and attentive. Gyros are divine comfort food, and the portion of fries is very generous.
I hear they were acquired by the Watergate chain this past week, and I'm not surprised at all!

$9 for pieces of fish with no fries or anything. Everything sits under heat lamps and isn't cooked fresh. Fish is seasoned well thus the 2 stars and not 1
