While visiting Virginia Beach for my birthday celebration, we ate at MOD pizza near Sleep Inn Lake Wright hotel. The customer service was excellent. The manager Emari was friendly and attentive to all her customers. The pizza was delicious and created by Azaria as we placed our orders to design our own pizza. You should definitely visit location if you are in the area...you won't be disappointed 👍

Stopped here on vacation and Pizza was awesome. The customizable pizza was perfect for us since we all had different tastes. Definitely would return!

Excellent food, friendly service, tables dirty, but it is a type of restaurant you clean up after yourself. It was busy on a Saturday afternoon, so I guess a worker just hadn't come out to wipe tables down.

They were extremely rude consistently rolling their eyes, we just stopped for a quick bite not even dining in, and they acted like they could not stand the fact that they had guests. Will not dine again😞

Ordered $40 worth of food from this restaurant. The order took three times as long as the wait time and when it finally arrived the order was completely wrong. They free styled our build
your own salads and just sent it to us like it was normal. Why do you pick salad toppings if they’re just going to omit whatever they feel like and add random ingredients. That is not what I paid for, called the restaurant and before I could finish speaking about my problem with the order the woman who claimed that she was the manager interrupted me and got aggressive with me unprovoked as I was trying to ask her how something like this could have happened. When you order your own salad and pick your ingredients I think that means you should get what you ordered. If someone was allergic to the added ingredients it would’ve been even worse. 0/10 food, 0/10 management. A real joke of a restaurant. I have been coming to this Mods for about 4 years now and the past year it has just been slop. Do better hire better employees. Record this.

Pizza was good but the cycle time was off. Scheduled pick up vs. when it was actually ready was off by 13min.

Should have learned my lesson! Every time I order for pick up my order is always late! 30 minute lunch break, but a 30+ minute wait for my order. I order ahead and pick up, 15 minutes… right? Nope!!!! Employees are busy on their phones… order wasn’t even started, maybe a half dozen customers in the building.
