Young black man very nice took care with making GF pizza and offered to mix salad dressing into salad. Wish I knew his name to give him a shout out..

Amazing customer service, they were slammed and understaffed on a Friday night and handled it like champs. Food was amazing and worth the wait.

Understaffed and busy on a Friday night but the staff was amazing and they managed it so well. Great atmosphere, great food, great experience!

The Pizzas and Salad we had were amazing! One of the best pizzas I had in the US.
I love the unlimited toppings without extra charge!
They also carry a wide variety of toppings to choose from.
The staff was very friendly, but sadly absolutely behind on the orders, because there was not enough staff for how many orderes were made.
We ended up waiting 20 or so minutes longer than the estimate, which we had gotten after ordering online.
The food was definitely still worth the wait, but I hope, that this staff shortage isn't the usual.
We'll be back!

The wait time for the food prep is long. The food was delicious. The staff were nice and helpful. The table areas were not very clean and whelp all the ants near the windows under the table was just gross.

Amazing customer service amazing food but its soo hot in here my colleague passed out !! why treat your customers like this , NOT TO MENTION YOUR EMPLOYEES… do better mod pizza its 94 Fahrenheit outside smh.. we gotta do better.

The restaurant doesn’t have ac and it’s too hot for customers and the workers

Longtime fans, but this experience was alarming.
My husband and I have eaten here many times and it used to be our favorite pizza spot. Last night, we ordered our usual: pepperoni pizzas for us, the Maddy for my mom, and a gluten-free veggie pizza for our friend.

Not long after eating, my husband and I both became extremely sick. I was vomiting for hours, and he followed shortly after. Initially, we thought it might’ve been the pepperoni, but after some process of elimination, we realized my mom (who only had cheese) also ended up vomiting later in the night. Our friend, who had the gluten-free crust and no cheese, was totally fine. His was completely vegan.

So now we’re thinking it could’ve been the cheese, or possibly the dough, since those of us who got sick all had the same regular crust.

We’ve always loved this place, but this was a scary and disappointing experience. Sadly, we won’t be back after this. Food safety just isn’t something we’re willing to risk.

We got 3 mod sized pizzas and the servers we not friendly and the pizza toppings were cold and the cheese was only half melted. The restaurant was not clean either.

Their Ceasar salads... the croutons. All I really come for. Came with my brother... he was beyond impressed on how good his pizza was. He is now a MOD fan, too!

Mod pizza is delicious! This is the best location we have experienced very clean and excellent customer service!

Vegetarian options: So many veggies cauliflower crust option and the choice of healthy cheese option.

Was on the phone for 20 minutes and then they hung up on me. Tried calling again hoping they would pick up faster since they hung up but gave up after waiting another 10 minutes.
