Manager on 28Oct refused to share allergen information, said she didn't know it and there was no way for her to look it up.
No wonder there's no line here while everyone waits 15 mins for the awesome chicken fingers next door. This franchise will be short lived.

Dont wasted your time ordering online, they dont get your order, they dont pick up the phone and dont even call me to let me know they ran out of an ingredient instead they wanted to make it with tomate sauce which can mess my stomach up for a whole week. Sent my coworkers with my order because she went earlier to get her and didnt wanted to fix my order because I wasn’t there, , why is online order if i have to go and tell them how to fix it???? Here i am wasting my break time waiting on an order i ordered A WHILE BACK Worst service ever.

They had a sign posted outside promising and promoting that they would give a free pizza and salad after signing up for rewards and purchasing a meal. I had gone through the appropriate step and scanned my first meal on the app. Only to be told that they actually weren’t going to give me a free salad like what was posted out front. They falsely advertised a coupon in front of their store and could not give me a reason why they didn’t give me a salad.

Food is good, but they take forever. I had ordered and then noticed there was 5 pizzas before me. The employee was cleaning the oven slowly. I even seen a fire fighter ask for a refund and then that same employee was rude then called the cops on him. This place is trash, the military deserves better than the service here. No wonder they are headed to bankruptcy

Slow to move about the kitchen and make pizza, they had no sense of urgency. They forgot my order and started it after I reminded them. The order before mine was burnt and they also dropped a pizza inside the oven and had to throw that one away. This all took place within the time I was waiting to pay for my order. They are by far the worst staff I have seen at a pizza place.
Awful. I wanted to order a pizza and the amount of pizzas that weren’t even in the oven was outrageous; ordered a salad instead and the worker was so frugal when putting anything on my salad. I was very disappointed. I don’t think this location should be open for business.

Would rate this place a 0 if i could. I’ve worked at mod pizza for maybe about A month & it’s the most toxic, disrespectful, and unprofessional workplace i’ve ever worked in. For 1, they don’t pay their workers all the hours that they’ve worked. It was more that 3 team members that said their checks were messed up. I worked a total of 51 hours & they only payed me for 26 ?! Then i bring it up to the owners wife ( cassandra ) and she kept telling me that I didn’t work within the pay period when i showed the manager ( alex ) the proof i did. Why open up a store if you don’t have the funds to pay people their full checks ? Then she told me she was fixing it, but never did. For 2, The way that cassandra talks to people like they’re animals is crazy ! She thinks she can speak to anybody how she feels & nobody says anything because they wanna keep their job ! It’s unorganized & unprofessional & the fact they’re playing with peoples money is ridiculous. DO NOT work here !
