This is a pretty good place to drop in for a bite to eat. Food is fresh. The location to the Outlets is convenient. You can dine in or take out.

Just went in to buy 2 kids meals for my sons (steak burrito and steak taco). We had the nicest conversation with the 2 gentlemen working behind the counter. The food was excellent! But the friendly service was even better!

I had never been to Mo's before but this place has awesome food. It's now my favorite restaurant of this type. The staff was friendly and did a great job.

The food is always fresh, came to this location for the first time and the service was quick, servers were courteous.
Definitely recommend this place if you're hungry while you're shopping at the mall

Manager Brenton was super helpful and accommodating with our last-minute large order. They nailed it and really saved the day for us. 10/10 service.

The service tonight 4/7/2025 was horrible. Customer service is important and what I received was not acceptable.

The manager at this store went above an beyond to help me with an error I caused on myself with not reading the credit card machine that has the new features with grutity. Just very appreciative of the great customer service he provided.

I had a disappointing experience at this Moe's location. The taco were skimpy and not even warmed, which made for a less than enjoyable meal. To make matters worse, the black beans were hard and unappetizing. I highly recommend going to the Granby St downtown location instead. They actually gave me four pieces of chicken on each of the six tacos I ordered there. Overall, this location did not meet my expectations at all.

Terrible customer service. No greeting of “welcome to moe’s”. Employee looked at us without even asking “can i get your order”?! The employees need to be trained for better customer service or even act like they want to even work for Moe’s. They also need to speak louder while taking our order.

Absolutely horrendous, service, the little boy that was working behind the counter was too busy making someone else’s online order and stuff helping the customer that was standing in front of him. Someone who I’m, assuming is the owner… Jumped into assist… But unfortunately, the portions are atrocious. They literally sprinkled chicken on a bowl that I ordered… Definitely not what the advertisements are on the store and online look like. Absolutely dissatisfied with the service, the quantity, and the experience. The sad part is that I spent $30 at this restaurant for a bowl, chips and queso. I will never be returning.
