I always get my cakes from here. They are very pleasant and the cakes are fresh and moist. I asked them to give me a cake with pink icing with black trim, and it came out perfect, I was very pleased.

I didn’t taste butter in the cake or in the icing. I also detected a weird taste in the cake. Anise or licorice
The cake was also dry. I believe that they mostly used shortening. Many bakeries in Hampton Roads do this and it is the main reason I will make my own cakes and pies in the future. I guess these bakeries think that Northerners are dumb? Up north you would get bad reviews from the get go. I’m not returning to this store.

Got there just before they closed, so there wasn't much left. Grabbed some cookies and a couple of cannoli. Everything was tasty. We will have to go back!

I stop in over with my daughter as a surprises treat for her she got a Danish and a bread pudding for later both where amazing. The place was so amazing and clean (19 years in food service clean is number one on my list) I will definitely be coming back to this place. Best customer service, best price's and amazing food

We were coming into Norfolk from out of town and were going to arrive right at closing time, so I called 30min ahead and told her our arrival time and asked if she could give us just a few minutes past closing so we could be her last sale of the day. She said she would, then we arrive at 303pm - 3 MINUTES PAST CLOSING - and the bakery is dark and locked up tight. No answer to our knocks or repeated phone calls. As I'm leaving this review, the ladies come out to go home, and I tell them we've been knocking/calling for 8 minutes, and they said their register automatically shuts down at 3pm so they cant make any sales after the. WHY DIDNT SHE SAY THAT when I called ahead instead of wasting our time and gas and getting our hopes up for nothing?! This a very disrespectful way to lose customers!

I picked up two dozen donuts for a volunteer thank-you. Every time I visit this place, the ladies are so kind, and the treats are delicious! The smell envelops you in love 🥰

We stop by Naas Bakery whenever we visit Norfolk. Today was the first day we tried the chocolate frosted doughnut and Boston cream doughnuts. I’ve never had a chocolate frosted doughnut with absolutely no flavor. Absolutely no chocolate flavor whatsoever. It was odd.
The glazed doughnuts are amazing. They are always so good.
Lots of cookies, cakes and pastries to choose from.
Prices are good. We got 4 doughnuts, 1lb of butter cookies and 6 large glazed twists for $30.

*They do not accept American Express

I used to visit often they made cinnamon raisin buns... but now the flies have joined the display case...I think they need a fly zapper.... just nasty.

I sampled a cinnamon raisin bun from this establishment last week and decided to take my parents and brother to purchase a few today (Saturday, July 12). Upon arrival, the staff were not friendly and welcoming, the tone in the atmosphere was as if these workers only deal with “you” because they like “your” money (if you know you know). I was told by my coworker that she never ran into this problem during the weekday and perhaps the weekend workers are different. I observed all I needed in this one visit because you never get a second chance to make a first impression. Conclusion: This bakery was not worth the trip from Suffolk, plus the purchased pastry was dry as a bone!
