Honestly talking, the Turkish food is a mixture of many cultures since it is a heritage of the biggest historical empire in the world ! Enjoy it ! And you will not regret it !

Really pretty cafe. The owner was so warm and welcoming. The food was really good and as a bonus looked amazing, especially the forest kabob and carrot cake. Only downside was it was a bit expensive and the portions weren’t

My friend ordered the Kofte beef patties, which were super juicy and flavorful. I tried the Karniyarik Stuffed Eggplant, which was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly (I am picky about eggplant tenderness and avoid mush)!! The owner is a lovely person and takes pride in every detail of her business. We appreciated the cleanliness of the restrooms. The dining room is cozy. The apple-crumble-coffee muffin was baking as we walked in; it was scrumptious! We look forward to trying the rest of the menu.

Such a lovely and charming restaurant. This was our first time eating Turkish cuisine and it won’t be our last! We started with the Borek; my daughter ordered the Chicken Kebab and I ordered the Stuffed Eggplant. Of course we had to share a slice of the carrot cake (not your typical carrot cake; so much better!). Every bite of everything we ordered was so delicious, so flavorful and so satisfying. The owner was the one who took our order and delivered our food; she could not have been more gracious and kind, ensuring we were enjoying our feast! Another gem on Granby Street…I encourage you to try.

Not coming back! Considering a 4.9 rating, I had higher expectations...- There was hair in our food. When we let them now, we got a quick "Oh, sorry", but nothing else. They did not offer to remake the food or take it off the bill. Totally unacceptable!- Service was very slow, could be understandable, though, since they had only one staff.- Atmosphere was OK.
Sorry, Naci's - it is all you, not me. I was really excited to check this place out due to the high reviews. Being a locally -owned and -operated Turkish eatery with a menu that sounded delicious, we came here for an early lunch. We ordered: +the Naci's Sample Platter - this was described as having '3 Kofte, 2 chicken shish over a rice pilaf, 3 savory pastries, served over pita or rice (we were never asked if we wanted pita or rice, and these never came with the dish); it came with a house salad with a hint of soy and cacik; unfortunately, this sample platter, when compared to the photos and descriptions of others who have ordered the same item (please see photos!), was not even close to being the same; we only received 2 small pastries that had the same filling, and not the '4' pieces others had received in the past, and not even the '3' that was stated on the menu; the kofte and the chicken shish seemed not to have been cooked all the way through; they 'looked' cooked on the outside, but it was raw on the inside. The pastries? They were COLD - what really was irksome was that this platter seemed to have been haphazardly put together without any thought or any care whatsoever +a baklava - made in house; while this was super wet, the flavor was delicious; I can see why they were charging close to $2+ a piece. This was the only item that was enjoyable out of the whole meal. Service seemed friendly, but not sure what they are doing back in the kitchen. We were also never checked in to see how we were (not) enjoying the food. Don't know if it's a consistency thing or if we went on an off day - I personally don't think it's the latter. We just couldn't believe how any eatery would send out a dish like that and think it was okay. The cafe itself is very cute with the decor, and there are handmade goods that you can purchase. A super disappointing experience, and we regret stopping by. Plenty of free street parking in the area. +items served COLD +missing items from order +inconsistency in quality and quantity - please see photos +friendly staff +plenty of street parking available
