My wife and I love the food here and have found the long-time staff members helpful and friendly. The rotating newer staff is hit-or-miss. We wish there were more convenient locations in Hampton Roads. Unfortunately, their rewards program is cumbersome. There is no option to be credited points retroactively (like with a code on the receipt). Also, I've had multiple situations where advertised promotions were not applied to my order. Once, I was told it was because I didn't specifically request the advertised discount on the menu board. Another time I asked specifically for the discount and was still charged full price.

Loved this place! The service was lovely and very fast for a mostly sit down restaurant. I was very impressed that my partner and I both got smalls on the portion size and we had enough for lunch and dinner. Very tasty and beautifully presented. Will definitely be going again!

I’m giving 5 stars even though my order was incomplete. They didn’t put the drink from the kids meal in the bag or hand it to me… I don’t think that’s Enough for a bad review but please give all that’s paid for in the future… I’m not going all the way back there for a juice pouch

Dining in at this establishment is the best idea. I ordered takeout the second visit, by the time I got home the dish wasn’t as good after it cooled off a bit. Otherwise, great flavor and delicious combinations.

The food is just nasty. The noodles were overcooked ruining the entire dinner. I cook better than this, and I'm the family member that as a preteen to teen got banned from everyones' kitchen. The sauce has no flavor, and very watery. it's just all around bad.
I love the Pad Thai, very flavorful!I I also tried the Japanese Pan noodles, a little too dry to me. Download the app and get a free entree.The Potstickers, Korean BBQ Meatballs and Cheesy Garlic bread are all worth trying also.

I ordered the butter garlic lemon shrimp bowl yesterday and it gave me diarrhea which is from uncleanness people who don't wash their hands which is the number 1 guideline rule when working in a kitchen restaurant wash your hands and wear gloves while cooking gloves when serving customers. You supposed to always wash your hands and that was something that wasn't done yesterday before cooking my food not washing they nasty hands gave me diarrhea employer needs to remind them tell them teach them perhaps show them the proper way to washing their hands before cooking customers food they spreading germs, viruses to customers when not washing they hands and it's bad for business that's my first and last time going back to that restaurant
