This place is a hidden gem in Norfolk, run don’t walk to go eat here! Absolutely amazing Korean food! It was empty when my husband and I went but it was also late afternoon. The only server was the sweetest elderly woman, who is probably an owner. Hands down the best Korean food I’ve ever had (and I lived in Annandale,VA which has a Korean restaurant on every corner practically). Do not be fooled by the exterior of the building, inside is really nice and spotless. I can’t wait to go back!

Wow. Just wow!!!! Everything i had was absolutely amazing! We had bulgogi (beef) kimchi soup and kimbap. All the side appetizers were top notch!

The best Korean food we have had state side! We ordered a lot of food. We allowed our server to decide for us. We got the seafood pancake, beef broth soup with glass noodles, the marinated short rib platter, and combination fried rice! Everything WAS AMAZING!

Never go here. Horrible service. Horrible food. Food Came burnt and she said it's not. It was literally black turning into charcoal. She said If we return it they wouldn't make us another one. Prices are crazy for one dish for the tiny portion. I don't know how they still open. Seems like the old lady is waiter and chef at the same time. Truly disappointing and ruined my entire evening. AVOID THIS PLACE. This place should Hire some people or close down. Wasting people's money and time.

went for birthday dinner and was sorely disappointed. as soon as we walked into the door, bad service. stuck around to support a Korean business and because I missed home cooked food. they wouldn’t serve hot water for free, but would serve hot tea, something you’d pay for of course. I would normally understand if they were understaffed, but there were also only 3-4 other customers at the same time. food was really a disappointing experience. I really tried to be compassionate through my time eating there, and gaslit myself that it was just an ajumma thing. If you’re looking for good korean food and ethical service, please go elsewhere.

I wish I could eat here more often just to support them more, it is always very slow when I've been but the service, atmosphere, and food are NEVER lacking in quality <3 this place is an absolute gem!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This place is a true hidden gem! The beef teriyaki was absolutely delicious—tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. All the dishes tasted authentic, just like real home-style Korean cooking. The Korean lady who runs the place does it all, and you can taste the passion in every bite. 10/10, highly recommend!

I go here multiple times in a month. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF YOU WANT REAL KOREAN FOOD. The lady is sweet and kind, she doesn't talk much but she does amazing work. I ordered the Galbi meat and the galbi soup as well as the glass noodles. They never disappointed me, and she was kind enough to cut it up for my struggling ass.
