Karaoke Night (Thursdays)was Friggin AWESOME! Great service, great fries, great people enjoying the great time that comes along with an un-judged fun Karaoke experience. More places should follow the lead of whats being done here. What exactly that is that makes them stand out? IDK!? Whatever it is, it's being done right. I'll be back whenever I can.

The food was great with reasonable prices to boot. It's nice to see that there are some decent vegan items on the menu for those that want them. The beer cooler was under repair, but the draft list was still very reasonable, with great prices enhanced by a solid happy hour deal.
Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian/vegan options for their burgers, along with clear markings on the menu for the other options available to suit your dietary needs.
Great food - I'm a big club sandwich guy and Taphouse is my go-to for a proper club (the bacon is excellent...) Great beer and liquor selection, sturdy bar, nice patio on a quieter part of 21st street, music inside and out at perfect volume to have a conversation or enjoy the jams. Decent size off street parking lot which is awesome for the area. No BS, no hate, just a great spot. Fantastic music venue as well, lots of touring and local bands come thru. Owner's cool and keeps a close eye on things to, I assume, ensure proper vibes.

Thee best Buffalo Chicken wrap I've ever had. The tots and coleslaw are amazing as well. The tots were so topnotch. This place is an amazing rock bar. The music gets loud so bring ear plugs if you need them and you will have a great time! The staff is incredibly kind, polite and hospitable. This establishment knows delicious food and awesome tunes. They have a HUGE beer selection and such savory food. Norfolk is lucky to have this super cool spot.

With time to kill between a noon baseball game and a 7 pm concert, we checked out The Taphouse Grill to get some dinner. Our entire party of 5 was impressed with the entire experience! Service was friendly, fun and efficient. Food was excellent, hot and delicious. Amazing wings, buffalo chicken wraps, onion rings, burgers! Drinks were awesome as well. Would definitely recommend it and we will return next time we're in Norfolk!
