Food was delicious, staff was very friendly (thank you for the recommendation of fried chicken with that maple hot sauce!!!), it was lively, and clean. Literally everything you would love about a diner.

Overall a great experience. Friendly fast service, great prices, simple menu. A small space filled up quickly, but not loud or stuffy. Very pleasant. Eggs Benedict was delicious. Not typical American size portions, but you will get enough to eat, which I appreciate. Coffee was good and refills came fast enough.

Stopped by Ocean View Diner for breakfast and had a great experience—the food was delicious and the service was awesome. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything came out quickly and just right. Highly recommend if you’re in the Norfolk area and looking for a solid breakfast spot.
