Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Food was terrible...lasagna friiters burnt and un edible. Bread sticks stale and hard as rocks. Fettuccine was good. Chicken was over cooked and dry. On a whole a terrible experience

Server was neglectful in removing silverware that was dirty wrapped up in the napkin that was on the table. She also never brought more salad dressing until we were almost done with our salad. She wasn't very willing to remove the salad plates after we ate the salad. I am sorry I won't go on.

Very nice. Our server was absolutely perfect. Couldn't have asked for better. Wish I remembered his name. I'll never forget his face, though. He worked at the bar. Young gentlemen, on top of his job, very friendly, beautiful smile and demeanor, professional, and accommodating. Look forward to returning.

Haven’t been to Olive Garden in years before this experience. I kept seeing all of the commercials about their new specials. The Atmosphere was absolutely terrible. We were sat in between two tables that were finished and the people at both tables were on their phones, both on speaker phone. The waitress was very good. We both had house salad and bread sticks. My husband said he really enjoyed his dinner. He had the trio. I had the stuffed chicken and enjoyed it. I am used to non-chain restaurants for the most part because I feel like most of the chain restaurants use a lot of premade/frozen foods.

After not going for a while, I tried the olive garden in Norfolk. The appetizers were delicious of mozzarella sticks and the shrimp mito frito, then the lasnaga was great!

Excellent service. Not sure why they were so busy on a rainy Wednesday night but they managed to do a great job. Food was pretty good. Glad they’re doing so well.

(Not sure what was going on with their wait staff rotation but they originally oddly tried to seat us in the bar area when there were a couple of empty tables. I don’t recommend at any OG’s anywhere to arrive past 8pm though. Service tends to get slower after 8pm. This time we arrived around 6pm so things went well.)

Rainy Sunday and restaurant full. Took awhile to seat our party, but staff not really helpful. Parking lot atrocious because no one wanted to walk from another parking spot. Unfortunately, lot not monitored and people parking everywhere including making their own spots and causing great confusion.

The carbonara is great. I ask for no peppers and I feel it's better that way. The food is pretty on point. The service is great. I find the establishment a bit on the dirty side. All the floral decorations are extremely dusty, all the drink menus are very sticky to the point I didn't wanna touch them (I had to move them so I know they are sticky), also the carpet has the place smelling a bit musty and could use a deep cleaning or replacement. I would definitely come back because the food and staff are wonderful. I would definitely be stoked to find these things addressed.

Man that review was 6 years ago, we're still dealing with the same carpet. Sigh. Going to a different location tonight.

Olive Garden is always leaving something off of my delivery order. Last time it was the extra meatballs and this time it was the Alfredo sauce on my Tour of Italy. Who wants plain noodles with no sauce. They should be ashamed of themselves. If you are going to offer delivery do it right!! And my lemonade was missing. Terrible terrible accuracy of my order. Absolutely ridiculous. Get it together!!! And to add insult to injury, I just found plastic wrap in my food!!!
