Above and beyond service. Our food came out in less than 5 minutes. Even when I forgot my wallet at the restaurant they mailed it back to me. Outstanding restaurant 10/10

Ok their chalupa is not fried bread, its a tostada. Their sopapillas are actually Bunuelos (sopapillas are puffy pastries not fried tortillas) but that's me nit picking the names. Their service is great, the chicken was amazing and they were super fast with getting the food out hot and ready. OH! And their churrors were great. I would go again 100%

Excellent food and service. My order is at the table within minutes of placing my order. I always get simple hard shell tacos adding tomatoes, delicious and perfect. I'd say the best tacos I've ever had.
Prices are amazingly low for all the food you get. I live in Orlando, you can't get low quality fast food for that price there. My total bill for the order pictured was $14. Staff is super friendly, attentive and provide fast service. I always visit every time I am in Norfolk.

The second my friend and I walked in I could tell by the vibes it would be a 5 star restaurant. We were immediately greeted with a thicc accent and it just reaffirmed that this would be a banger. Once we were sat down with chips and salsa we knew this was THE PLACE TO BE.

I always critique a new restaurant by ordering tacos al pastor. These tacos DID NOT disappoint. The tortillas were perfectly cooked without the raw corn tortilla taste, the guac sauce was on point, and the pork was seasoned perfectly! Could not ask for anything better! 10/10 recommend. Would rate 10 stars if I could.

Best Mexican in Norfolk! The salsa and queso are the best I’ve had around here (that’s a big measuring stick for me). The entrees are great with large portions. Only took about 15 mins from the time we sat down before we had our meals.

I ordered the beef and cheese enchiladas with rice and beans. The sauce tasted like it came from a can, the beef had no flavor, the tortillas were barely warm, not fried, My husband ordered the burritos rancheros, the shredded beef had no flavor, the felt it was very bland. We love mexican food, from California and have tried it many times. This was way overpriced, almost $30. Very disappointing.

Oro Azteca is our family’s go-to Norfolk restaurant for fast, friendly service and tasty Mexican food. My husband grew up in Tempe, AZ and knows how good Mexican food can be. He likes this place a lot! We probably visit at least once a month. Great and popular lunch service as well; I went with a friend yesterday. We both had the street tacos with rice and beans. The steak pieces were cooked to perfection!

Classic mexican american joint. Very good prices. Solid taste. Get the texas margarita. Good atmosphere and good wait staff.

I stopped eating at restaurants bc prices are crazy for what we get and it’s never usually that good. Oro Azteca is always good. It was delicious the other night for two tired parents of toddlers. We savored it especially the chori pollo!!! Thank you 🙏🏻

If it wasn't for how loud the place is, I would've given it all 5. But the food it's delicious.

Delicious food (I highly recommend the enchiladas poblanas). I love their molé.
Attentive service.
Unfortunately dark and noisy. But that won't keep me away.
