Paid for ODU gala tickets, still had to wait in line for over an hour even though the event has started 2 hours prior. Staff was unorganized and started asking for $20 to skip the line, then $40 on top of the $30 I had already paid for a ticket. This place was super unprofessional and GREEDY.
