My mom and I visited this location for the first time today. It wasn't busy at all. I went to the kiosk to order the food /drinks and our order was ready within a few minutes. We ordered the two entrees with a side. My mom stated that the half turkey sandwich that she had was a little dry and she have ordered a soup with it. I ordered the half Mediterranean veggie sandwich and it hit the spot.
This Panera has messed up our order twice. We order frequently as we work at a nearby hospital. The latest issue was my food being delivered to the wrong address and was handed over to someone I do not know. Spoke with a manager and nothing was done to resolve the issue. Poor customer service and unfortunately can’t follow directions ☹️
