I did my monthly fundraiser last night for Cancer, December 10th at Panera's on 21st Street in Norfolk. I want to compliment highly the acting manager, Ryleigh McMullin and the cashier, Maddy, who worked with my group of 52 guests. Everyone had a terrific time and they went over and beyond. Even baked me a fresh bakers dozen of bagels. This location and staff is just awesome. Wishing Danny the manager a speedy recovery. I plan to do one every month or every other month. My guests are already asking when is the next one. Kudos to Ryleigh and Maddy. By the way, this was my 3rd event in 5 months.

The store is super clean. The employees were very friendly. The food was delicious. The Citaba dippers are my favorite! Everything on the menu is good but the dippers are the best thing on their menu and really deserve a permanent spot on the menu.

Out of apples? Doesn't even make any sense. Kitchen is slow. Panera appears to vary by region but this is not a great one.
Friendly welcoming staff. Also the only Panera that has hot sauce for the taking. Amazing.

Used to stop at this every other week, for sandwiches and soups. Today I bought a bowl of chicken noodle soup and guess what? Hair inside of it. NEVER WILL RETURN, because that says a lot of what is going on in the “kitchen”. Oh it looks like they are short staffed cause you will have to wait in the front and beg for someone to take your order. Hellllll no.

It is a good Panera.
Vegetarian options: Vegan options.
Dietary restrictions: It's name means bread. If you're a glutton for gluten, this is your vibe.

Food is great. Staff is kind and courteous, serving with a smile. The bathroom is in dire need of an upgrade for automatic flush as well as automatic hand washing. It was clean, but not sanitary. Please upgrade, it's time. I was here when they first opened. I am retired now and from time to time stop by.

Unwashed tables, smells like death, and almost no meat on an 18 dollar sandwich.

Server was either spaced out or was a trainee without a trainer because she took forever.
