Came in this morning to get some tasty snacks for my orientation class that was onboarding today and the gentleman who served me at the front went above and beyond. Service was great, the cleanliness of the building was awesome and I felt so welcomed here. Thank you again for all of your help today.

Finally decided to leave a review instead of quietly accepting sub-par food quality. I ordered the Balsamic Chicken Greens with Grains. It comes with avocados and Balsamic and Green goddess dressing. I was under the impression that the avocados were fresh but found that they had been frozen and thawed, were slimy and mushy and very unappetizing. I don't know were the Balsamic part was since I didn't taste any. I asked for feta cheese on the side but got none at all. This is not the first time I've ordered pickup and not been happy with my order. Panera you need to do better.

I stop by every morning on my way to work and sometimes on the weekends. I even order lunch twice a week. I love staff here but Lorena and Alex are amazing. Every other Panera I go to don't measure up. Great place and great atmosphere. Thank you for all you do!

Disgusting I sent my husband to get me a tuna sandwich on sourdough bread no tomatoes. Why did i receive tomatoes and no freaking tuna 😒 and I'm just getting home from hospital Will not eat here again 😑
