The Mediterranean Grain Salad with Hummus - The image on the website has 2 servings of Hummus; they used to do it here at this location but they have stopped. I don't eat Chicken so the Hummus is a protein replacement - there are hardly any grains either... so it's a plain salad...I don't like to keep having to complain and I am sure they are not going to change the image on the website which is incorrect so I will just stop going there...not worth over $12 - may as well make it at home.

Needed an empty cup to use as a template for cup holder to use for Panera drinks and coffee. The manager Paul was more than willing to help out with this project. OK, so my cup holder was an idea based on the seeing the junk recycled egg cartons Panera offers to hold their cups. If you make it to the counter without a liquid disaster you are fortunate. I started with a Costco pizza box as a template and that was version 1.0. I am now at Version 1.5, and all of this is without any instructions or or references. The pictures show the unfinished V1.5, so V2.0 will be finished and clear coated. This unit was designed to see what works and what fails. All of this was only by the initial help of the manager Paul.

Great food and tho they lack person to person encounters with ordering at the counter as it all is going digital. The people in the kitchen didnt lack charisma. They were very polite and quick to getting our order completed with no issues or complaints.

I am extremely reluctant to write this review because the cashier was great and the manager was kind and attentive. The main reason I’m writing this review is because I am concerned for this particular Panera Bread not living up to the franchise standard. This establishment was placed here to give people access to the experience of Panera Bread and it does not seem that certain employees who work there value that standard. Normally, I go here with my friends to study and it’s usually a neutral environment. I’m accustomed to seeing homeless people, students of all ages, business people, and church groups. What I am not accustomed to is music being played from the kitchen area, overpowering the calmer music played in the front area. This really degraded my experience and it is really unfortunate that this experience is happening in this community due to some failures in training or lack of care. I hope the Panera crew sees this review and gets some training conducted or hire people that understand how to be professionals that maintain the standard and experience.
Ordered 4 sandwiches for delivery. Only got three. I send a complaint that I didnt get my full order, and the auto system gives me store credit for only the value of the sandwich. Not tax, delivery, or already paid tip. Insulting. No way of communicating with anyone to fix the issue.

We love coming to this Panera now that it's open. Very clean, people are very pleasant. The food was excellent. One of our salads was not prepared properly however the cooks quickly corrected and we got an excellent salad

Panera Bread is a great place for soups and salads and they have a great bakery section. Good menu variety, but they run out of items, specially bakery goods more than I would like, how can a bakery run out of baguettes, this would never happen in France, fun fact: it's against the law to run out of baguettes in France! The prices are a little high, but we still go to Penera often.
