I did a pick up here a couple weeks back. I had to go on the website to get a special. I always hate that, not the locations fault but it makes me mad that they can't offer the same deal. People were nice inside.

They new building is way nicer that the last . You can watch them make the pizza right in front of you. I like to use their app for the deals .on this visit I got 2 1 toppings for 12 bucks .

Paid for extra garlic butter, ranch and peppers. Had LITERALLY NONE in my order. Only reason this even gets any kind of star, is your driver was outstanding. Otherwise this place doesnt care at all.

I placed my order via DoorDash but opted to pick it up myself, when my husband and I get there, one of the girls at the front claimed our order had already been picked up by a DoorDash driver. She claimed they asked for the order by my name, I tried to show her my phone but she refused to look at it, that sounds quite impossible to me since it was a pickup, no driver would had been assigned to pick it up. This girl had terrible customer service skills, never apologized and immediately jumped with saying she couldn’t refund me when I never asked for a refund, I just told her how odd it sounds that a pick up DoorDash order was picked up by a driver, I feel that when an opportunistic thief came in she said my name and they said that was for who they were picking up for. We had to sit around for our pizzas to be re made and then when those were ready she conveniently forgot to tell her cook to also prepare the cookie that was in our order so we had to sit around some more to wait for that to be ready. I maintained my composure but the lack of professionalism was off the charts.

Don't pay in advance! Pizza was undercooked and toppings were not right with order from online. The delivery driver dropped my wings on the ground. I asked for a refund and haven't received it yet. I will never pay online for pizza anymore.

Can’t even talk to the store anymore. Their number goes to a papa John’s call center in India with people who barely speak English, tried it twice. I’m not giving them my card info you gotta be crazy to think ima give them credit info over the phone in another country. Also said because it’s 10:40 (says hours end at 11) i can’t call and pick up my order I HAVE to pay for delivery instead. Back to chanellos they’re better anyways

I live 10 minutes away and it took them almost two hours to deliver best bet to go in and waste their time as they did mine. Not pleased
