Ordered 2 create your own pizzas that featured pizzas with ham and didnt get the ham. One pizza was supposed to have ham and extra sauce which neither happened. Order #1267108967

The manager Bailey makes the best pizzas, they always look like the pizzas in the commercials!
She is also nice and attentive to guests, which is rare these days. We order from here at least twice a month! (:

I placed an order on 10-31-2025 on my Papa John's app, and when I got here, they had my name but said my order was made but didn't have my order anymore. They gave me attitude about it. I showed them my app that I was here to pick it up. The manager said she could just refund me but I needed dinner for the family. I got the pizzas after an extended wait, but the manager should have made the food and refunded. Olivia, the manager, was very rude and does not know how to run a restaurant.

The pizza was also just thrown in the box in a hurry too and looked like crap.

This placed has really hit rock bottom as far as im telling it. They had great pizza back in the day, but not anymore!
2 back to back garbage pizzas!
Never ordering from here again.
Manager has no patience. No people skills

I mean, 'Atmosphere' is a given with delivery! 😂 Aside from that, 5 stars for quality/taste, friendliness, and always being early! They startle me. Lol. I know I ordered, and I know a delivery person will show up, but they startle me because I'm not expecting them early. This is not a complaint! It's so hot when it arrives, that I have to wait a few to eat it. It builds up the anticipation. Again, not complaining! 🍕😍 😁

Extremely pleased with their overall service! It took less than 30 minutes to receive our dinner after ordering delivery. All of the pizzas always turn out really good. Will continue to order from them.

Pizza was extremely hot, extremely fresh. Large Pepperoni Pizza extra cheese and pepperoni. So good I had to do a 10 minute challenge and complete it. Papa Johns the G.O.A.T ❤️

Service is trash I was waiting for my for over a hour no one ever came I called to check the status of my order they claim the driver got lost said driver called but the driver never called plus the person who picked up the phone gave me a attitude then they repeated my address and it wasn't even the address I gave them service is trash bad attitude and unprofessional and unsympathetic i give this place 0 stars

I placed a pick up order on July 10th around 6pm and I did not get the name of the guy who seemed to be running the place or rudely talking to his staff, who seemed to be new, but anyways. I got my pizza and took it to my car only to realize they left out two extra sauce cups paid for (this has happened multiple times for items we’ve paid for when placing delivery from the same location and everytime we do not receive it) , so I went back inside with my receipt and the same guy who was wearing a sloppy, stained, green t shirt sees me and the first response was “what?!” with his hands thrown up. I tell him I was left out two sauce cups that was on my receipt, and he proceeds to say “what?!” with his hands thrown up at me. All while then yelling “i already told you it was all in the box, just give it to her, i don’t care!” The customer service from that specific individual was enough for us to not come back. Everyone else and the food was great, but the lack of customer service and management it seems like, needs to be worked on.
