Ordered mild wings. They drizzled buffalo sauce on burnt wings and said it’s mild. Buffalo is spicy not mild. Will never return. Place is a bit dusty and the restroom was dirty.

Visited the website and saw a banner stating “20% off your first online order.” I submitted my email address expecting either an email with the code or for it to be applied automatically. No code was provided. I called the restaurant for clarification.
A man answered. I asked how to receive the 20% discount advertised on their homepage. He responded, “I block it when those come in, I don’t give that coupon.” When I asked why the offer was prominently displayed if it was not honored, he said, “I have to make money.” I suggested he remove the misleading promotion. He replied, “For you, I’ll be friendly and give you 10% off.” I declined and informed him I’d be ordering elsewhere. His final response: “I don’t need your money, I don’t want orders from people like you,” before abruptly hanging up.
I have never tried their food. Based on this interaction, I never will.

I ordered the sausage parm for delivery tonight and it was excellent, everything i could of hoped for. Stuffed with sausage and cheese and hot right out of the bag. And I have to thank Erkan for being patient with me not hearing him knock as I was upstairs. A great spot right around the corner from home. Looking forward to dining in one of these nights as their menu is extensive.

Being a native of Northern Illinois the pizza has a similar taste to back home. I've lived in multiple places outside of Illinois(OK,OR,TN,VA etc.) and I have to say Paradise is one of the best local pizzeria's I've had in a long time.
