The waitress was nice, If I recall right her name was T?.. she was helpful with suggestions on great finger foods but fulfilling. && THE FOOD was even better. I got a rice bowl and the sauce on it made the bowl finger licking good. Joe, the cook, came out and greeted us.... Felt like I knew him and that I was back home.

It was the first time I had experienced that type of restaurant. The server was awesome. She took the time to explain the menu and how it worked. The food was well prepped and high quality. There is a wide variety of seasonings and sauces to choose from. I will say that since there is an up charge to take your leftovers unless you have a big appetite, go for the soup or the barbecue because are a lot of choices for both.

I love their food here, especially their breaded hot honey wings! Their rice bowls look so good too, I highly recommend. Anne was a lovely server, so was Allegra and Alana, great staff, great location, and amazing food!
Update: Amanda and Anne are also so lovely. And their rice bowls are good! I really love the friendly ladies behind the bar and their cesar dressing must be made in house. Their cesar salad is simple and DELICIOUS. I love it here. Cant wait to be back.

Got eyes rolled at my family and I when we asked if we could have the pollen wiped at the table outside so we could enjoy the weather. This is the second time we have had a server with straight brown hair that has a horrible attitude and knows nothing about customer service. The most unfriendly server I have met. Would not go here if you are looking for a nice restaurant to relax at, they are horribly slow. Don’t have enough staff to be running the place, sad.

Great food & service last night. Thank you. Highly recommend spicy chicken rice bowl. Soooo good :) very cool to see a bar serve something other than the typical deep fried fatty bar foods. Wife loves the wings/fries here.

Fantastic staff! They are engaging, respectful, and cleanly. The atmosphere makes you feel like it's a hometown pub which is very pleasing. It's awesome they allow you to sample sauces before you make a selection. The variety of tap brews is also very appealing.

Waited over an hour and a half For Wings and they were cold when they came Out! The waitress was stressed and said they are extremely short staffed.
Been coming here for over two years and tonight they went from a favorite to me possibly not returning. The service was some of the worst ever experienced. Our table was not cleaned (had to do it myself). Sitting for 10-15min before even being acknowledged, only to be told there was a 10-15min wait for service. Another 10-15min passed and had to flag the waiter down & tried to be understanding (they were slammed), but there were people who came in after us who had at least been served drinks and the table next to us had just been seated & was being served! I pointed this out and was greeted with a healthy dose of attitude and get this, we weren’t being irate. I said to wife, hey that’s it and we got up and left. Here’s my recommendation, if you see the parking lot full, you might want to (hard) pass…

Food is fantastic! Some of the best wings in Norfolk. Bulgogi is great. Service is seriously hit or miss. Atmosphere can get awkward when they’re not playing music and it’s just kinda quiet and weird. The bar itself is seriously gross. Like, the bar top you sit down at is disgusting.
