This has always been my go-to spot for snowballs. My last few visits were not so great, so I took a break for a few months and decided to grab a snowball earlier this evening. We were the only car in the drive thru, but there were two teenagers at the walk-up. You could clearly tell the employee was friends with them because he was laughing and joking along with them. I asked for two Kiddies, one with light syrup. My last three visits, I asked for light syrup and either got extra syrup on both or light on both. My order is usually incorrect when I come to this location, but I let it slide. Today I ordered only one with light syrup, but the employee was so fascinated with his friends that he gave me extra syrup when it should've been light. When he gave me my other snowball, it looked like it was missing a chunk off the side. I didn't wanna make a fuss, so I parked and started eating the snowball. Once I made it halfway through, I noticed two ants floating in my cup. I immediately lost my appetite. My wife (who ordered light syrup and was given extra syrup) couldn't even enjoy her snowball because it was sooo sweet. I really didn't wanna leave a review, but it seems like every time I visit this location lately, my order isn't right or it tastes funny. There's a lot of younger ppl who work there, and it definitely shows. Back in the day, this used to be the #1 spot to frequent. Sadly, I doubt we'll return.

Waiting in line far to long just to get to the window for them to not accept my cash payment stating it's "company policy" I'm highly upset w this location I have been to previous locations and have experienced the opposite. Poorly ran location.

I always enjoy a treat from this place, so many flavors to choose from!!!! On the day I went we bought our puppy along it was extremely hot out and we were able to get her a treat as well their "pup cups" are a great treat for your fur babies ?

The snowcones are great. I truly enjoy them everytime. I go there I can eat a regular one so I always get a kiddy. Which is more then enough for me. The service is great and the people working their are very pleasant and friendly. I will recommend Pelican's SnoBalls to my family and friends. I will most definitely be going back every chance I get. I'm ready to go get one now but they close in 10 minutes.

The snow balls were high quality a nice place has over 100 flavors (mine being the grim reaper) you can add toppings of your choice for a low price they let you dine OUTSIDE with a cutout for pictures i love coming here keep up the great work!
