Love this place! 1st tried them years ago when they were on Fisherman. Once I tried them I stopped going to the place on Tidewater. Right now they need workers so they can remain open to continue serving us their delicious subs! Waiting on the day they reopen & wishing the owner a speedy recovery...
First impressions of this restaurant was good looks very nice however the Philly subs was not good at all very under seasoned my bread was super wet with grease not sure what else it was but me, my fiancé and son had very bad stomach pain after didn’t even bother to call to complain no need because we’ll never be going back.
Stopped in tonight for food because our usual cheesesteak place is closed for the holidays. REALLY good food, and a LOT of it. Tons of sandwich options besides cheesesteak. Pretty sure this is our new Philly spot.
I love this place. They are clean, friendly and the food is delish!!. The customer service is awesome. I love to see Ciarra smiling face when I walk in. The cook is always nice..and the food is awesome. I have tries several items on the menu and have enjoyed each meal. Great food, friendly service, clean establishment....I will be a repeat customer!!!
Two things I don't play about is my food and money. I don't appreciate being told my food could not be replaced when it was the wrong order. I order a cheesecake hoagie with my topping through there website. I explain my concern and ask could I have it replace if I couldn't make it there tonight after I had already order on door dash and was told no. The first lady I spoke with was okay with it and said that was fine. Then a young lady jump on the phone being extremely rude and then kept dismissing what I was explaining to her. When there website said one thing and did another. I love trying new places but just that one encounter turn me off completely. Also to top if off it's sloopy looking, meh.
Overall the food was ok. Ordered the Pastrami which was seved on a subroll with coleslaw and thousand island dressing on top of meat. A slice of cheese was on bottom. Sub rolll was crusty on outside and soft in middle. The store itself seemed to be lacking in personality, and needed better access to the menu.
Doesn't taste like how it used to taste I don't know what happened but for the money I spent I wasn't happy yesterday. My sandwich was very sloppy and not made with the usual love.
Great hoagie place that I'm sad to see the place isnt open as often as it used to be. Getting food is often very fast and has an amazing taste
Among the best Philly Steaks in Norfolk! Friendly staff, a lot of food for the price.
My sandwich looked NOTHING like the photos. It was incredibly small and made on regular square bread. Asked for it to be toasted and it was cold. It took forever to make and it just wasn’t worth $11. Idk if the photos are fake but my sandwich was super small. Not worth it.

Best I have had in a long while every time I go recommend this one to any and everyone aleast a one or two days a week!
Killer hoagies that always hit the spot. Love this place!
This place was... THE BOMB. So glad we ran into this place, many places advertise but don't deliver. This is the only place I'll order a Philly from. My hubby likes their macaroni salad however I'm not a fan. I'm from the south so their version of banana pudding is different than what I'm use to. Their lemonade is the bomb. Their service was great when we dined in. The young lady should be the only one taking orders over the phone, the gentlemen got our order wrong - however it was still good.
Today, my husband and I mutually agreed to try Philadelphia Hoagie Factory in Norfolk Virginia. The employee handing our order was polite and my husband chose the Broad Street Bully ( with 12 inch hoagie roll light mayo salt black pepper oil vinegar lettuce tomato onion pepper side of hot pepper) while I chose the Triple Threat Hoagie (spicy mustard oil vinegar salt black pepper tomato onion mushroom). The Triple Threat sandwich tasted good and I had some leftover to try for tomorrow. My husband enjoyed the fried mushrooms.
My first time visiting I was very disappointed in the amount of meat on my steak sub for the price. It was practically flat. The wings kinda made up for it but I honestly expected much better. I tried again and ordered the flounder-again disappointed. Third time was the charm I guess because the xl breaded chicken sandwich is great
