I recently called this restaurant because I came in back in February and was traveling for business. I misplaced the receipt that I needed to expense my meal. When I called and spoke to the manager explaining why I was calling, he said sorry and hung up on me. Confused, I called back again thinking maybe I was disconnected. I explained again why I was calling and that someone had hung up when I called earlier. They hung up on me again and when I tried to call back again a couple times they did not pick up. This is extremely infuriating as I was a paying customer and I just needed a copy of my receipt. I have never been treated with such rudeness, disrespect and disregard. No establishment has ever made me feel so helpless when I did absolutely nothing to deserve that treatment. I was curteous, and polite and was met with utter rudeness. I am honestly in disbelief. Wow!

No waitresses except one lady I assume to be the owner because she bossed around very rudely.Had to order at the counter, paid there too eventually :/ Mind you, I ate inside and I’m ~guessing~ “someone” is money hungry because as I ordered to the very kind (and stressed) guy at the counter asked what size I would like… the (guessing) the owner said “Large! It’s takeout!!” but I was right there ordering the food because no one took my order when I sat down… in which was her fault.I pressed for steamed bean sprouts as I’m pregnant and when she gave me my food, she was sarcastic and didn’t check up on me but for 2 second just once.When I went to pay, it wasn’t the same price and the guy took a while to change the price. He was very kind, while she honestly questioned him while I was paying for my meal.Will never go here again or even order this for delivery, this owner is horrible, rude, and quite honestly I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. Plain money hungry. I won’t even add any photos of the food.

Less than a month ago my husband and I agreed to try Pho 79 via food delivery and I ordered one of their ramen bowls, spare ribs, pork chip and other foods pictured. Due to the taste the spare ribs was the only food that I enjoyed the taste of and the pork chop I ordered was missed in my food delivery. To be fair a money refund was made to me for the pork chop missing in my order though if I ever try this place again it would be for dine in only.

The food is pretty good, I’ve tried the beef pho and beef skewers over rice, both had good flavoring. The portion is big and comes with a lot of meat.The establishment is very understaffed, so I took that into account for the unfriendly service from the owners/workers. The menu prices also do not match what you are charged when you look at the receipt breakdown. I tried to substitute white rice for fried rice, on the menu it says rice substitutions are an addition $3.75, however the owner was not understanding my request, got upset and let someone else take my order only to say that it isn’t an option to substitute rice.If you’re willing to look past the service, I would say the food is a 4/5.

Had a reservation scheduled for a dinner for 4 last night, but when my coworkers and I walked in, we were immediately asked to leave by an employee, because they closed the restaurant for a Private event. I would have appreciated a call or notification that they closed early that night, but they had not made an effort to do so. We wasted time, effort, and gas money driving to this restaurant only for this to happen. I understand if a serious event was the cause of the closure, but regardless no attempt to notify us was made. Will not be coming back.

Waiter was not acknowledging us, didn’t check on our table, was on his phone, and my cup was empty longer than 20 mins. When finally asked for a refill the waiter coughed in his hand walking towards me. Very unprofessional and very nasty dealing with other people food. 1/27/24 6:16
