I'd order a cheese pizza, and a BBQ brisket pizza from them. The cheese pizza was on point but they gave me a sausage pizza instead I'm like how did you mess that up

I ordered through the Pizza Hut site, and although the DoorDash driver messed up the delivery, Pizza Hut’s customer service was fantastic. They quickly resolved the issue by remaking my order, and I was very happy with how they handled it. I ordered the Big New Yorker with double pepperoni and the Medium Tavern Ultimate pizza, along with Cinnabon Mini Rolls. The Medium Tavern was my favorite—delicious and flavorful! Overall, the food was great, and I will definitely order again. While I might opt for pick-up next time to avoid delivery issues, I’m very satisfied with the service and food quality.

Decided to give this pizza hut another shot, despite my better judgement. Ordered each kid a personal pan pizza + got an order of breadsticks to split. Pizzas were fine, breadaticks came like this. When I called, initially I was told that best they could do was give me a credit to, get this, reorder breadsticks!! That I already paid for haha! How these were even sent out for deliver is beyond me & then the rude attitude on top of it. Going to stick with supporting any local pizza shop over this joke of an establishment.

They forgot a whole pizza we called and they said they would fix it and send a new one and they called back 40 minutes later to tell me the person didnt even replace it or make it and left and now i have to drive up to the pizza hut to get the food they forgot to give me which the lady said she knew she aint make it with a my bad… terrible service, we ordered again from there to find a pizza full of ants i have videos of all the ants in the box they said they couldnt help us cause its a door dash problem

If I could leave a negative star I would, ordered 3 different items, to start I left a message to text me or call me before delivering so my newborn wouldn't wake up when the dogs bark because of the knocking. The next thing is when it was dropped off I only received 2 boxes.. knowing there should be three.. and when I confronted the driver he said " that's all that the he gave me". Now I could believe that but it would take an absolute IDIOT to not see the grease stains on top of the (would be) second box as stacked.. therefore there was one sitting on top of it. So as we open the 2 boxes that we did received we noticed one pizza seemed to be messed with, while the other one seemed to be fine. When I called the customer service hotline to request a refund I was told to wait for 1 -3 days for a possible refund .. or I could instantly accept a large pizza as an apology. So I called the store and have been waiting for a total of 25 minutes. Please close this store.. they're going to kill someone with the posts I have been seeing.

Yeah don’t eat here.. ordered some boneless wings and they were COMPLETELY RAW. Called the store and the manager didn’t even apologize for what had happened. Acted like it happens all the time.Update: called corporate and they did nothing about it. Still would not recommend.

Don't bother with delivery, especially if you're getting a drink. If they're out of something, they won't bother notifying you and will just bag up whatever they have (in my case, Mountain Dew Red apparently) and drop it off with no warning or apology. I'm getting so sick of calling this store for reimbursement that this will be my last order here.

I ordered through Door Dash and the breadsticks are the #1 reason I choose Pizza Hut over Dominos. The breadsticks were 100% overcooked. It’s the staple items like this that will never make me order from here again.
