Sadly Pizza Hut just not as good as it used to be. I always said pizza hut is better dining in than take out or delivery. And that has not changed. Customer servce could use some work too...pizza just wasn't good

I ordered a a pizza and a 2-liter drink and a desert of apple pies $31.46 That was 45 minutes late. when it gets to me Delivery driver hands me a 20 Oz drink i told him i ordered a 2 liter, he said a 20oz drink was on his receipt. i proceeded to contact the store. I can't reach anyone i was put on hold forever i tried to get a manager 13 times ounce they get your money they dont care what you have to say because they got paid. well, they lost my business forever. Their customer service sucks. Trust me don't call the Cayton Street location it 'is located in Gentilly.

There hours are a lie, they dont open at 12 only at 2 and close at 7, I wish we could get a real pizza hut instead of the one we have, maybe its working to be next starbucks in which you can't find help some coffee shop needs to take over.

Order from this place frequently enough.A bit hit or miss, but it's alright. I'd honestly prefer something more local like Calz Pizza. But this place is ok too

Called this location tryin to order a pizza around 720 730. This was the 2nd location I called tryin to find the right location. But was told again it's the wrong one. And was told to try princess Ann. Then check the online app and it says Hampton blvd was the correct location. No it wouldn't bother me but the way the lady on the phone started to rudely insist that I was wrong. This is a example on how u loose business. And take a min of 10 to 15 buck out of a driver's pocket.

My pizza was not cooked at all. Said that it would be delivered in 30 minutes yet it took 45 with no communication. Wings weren't terrible but I'll never order from here again.

Worst experience ever. My order was wrong and I had it delivered. They told me I would have to bring my food back to the store in order to get a refund. Because their delivery driver was off at 7. I had no way to the store with small children who waited over an hour for the delivery. Never again the customer service sucks.

Make the order correct. I asked for extra sauce. I did not get it. Very skimpy with the pizza toppings. Got 5 wings instead of 6!!!

Just move here, and had the worst experience ever, I ask for a Hand Tossed Pizza and I dont even know what I got, there was no flavor at all. Cinnamons Buns told the guy that there were not cook completely and he started fighting "that he made it himself bla bla " Everyone in my house took a a bit and ended up in the trash. Bad service, bad customer service! Bad everything, learn to cook and learn to listen to people and not fight with them back and forth!!!!

me & my friends were trying to order the big dinner special w/ the wings & bread sticks & bell while we were trying to order the man behind the counter kept hanging up the phone before we could get to order. bad customer service

So pizza quality was good; however, I received the wrong pizza. It was my fault as I should have checked before leaving, but I ordered a Super Supreme and received a 3-meat pizza. It wasn't until I got home and opened it that I noticed the mistake. I was already in and didn't feel like getting back out and driving all the way back, but very disappointed. This was even after being extremely polite and talking talking with the staff. There were only 2 orders ongoing, so it was not like they were overly busy. Just messed up the order.
