We keep coming back to this Pizza Hut like it’s going to be different—but nope, they somehow keep finding new ways to let us down. At this point, it’s almost impressive. Every single time there’s something wrong—missing items, the wrong pizza, or just straight-up confusion. One time we waited three hours for our pizza, and after all that, they told us they couldn’t find a driver. We live less than two miles away! My husband finally gave up and picked it up himself.
Honestly, I thought they’d hit rock bottom, but they brought a shovel. We keep lowering the bar for them, and somehow they still trip over it—or dig a tunnel under it. I don’t know if this is a pizza place or a bad improv group testing new ways to disappoint us. We want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but at this point, the doubt is winning.

I went to this location Thursday night they were very busy, I only seen 2 workers. They were very professional, polite and calm in that busy situation. They deserve a raise. The food was good, hot and I didn’t have to wait long.

We ordered a pan pizza and a thin crust. They took 30 minutes to make the food. The pan pizza had bits or raw uncooked dough in it. The thin crust was a soggy wet mess falling apart. Just unacceptable.
They will deliver your pizzas burnt. You might wanna go carryout and check your food before you leave. Ordered Donut Bites and they were just mashed up dough with no form and my pizzas were burnt and missing toppings.
2nd and last time @E little Creek Rd Norfolk, Last time I ordered off of pizza app and when it arrived it belonged to someone else and on top of it we weren't able to eat it and called store manager said they had to use DD for deliveries because they didn't have any one to deliver but he was nice enough to send another order to me with my order and but credit on my account in which he didn't have to, no big deal but I appreciate it tonight was a frickin night mare!! Tom, Bob whoever you are that took my order over the phone because their app wasn't working for me anything, you need to get some sleep. I ordered a LG pizza with pepperoni, sausage and green peppers , cinnamon sticks and Parmesan cheese shaker, he read it back to me, I paid for it and when it arrived, no cinnamon sticks no Parmesan cheese and a pizza that was a medium hand tossed, with only sausage and pepperoni! When I called back, he was a jerk. If you don't want to work then don't! I will be calling to Colley Ave Norfolk VA next or better yet Domino's never had an issue with them!

The workers here are genuinely so kind even when there are technical difficulties and through the busy holiday season. We order here all of the time and, though there have been issues like any other restaurant, the employees have always been helpful through it. Exceptional service from the team here, especially Shay during my last visit (I believe that was her name) :)
