These people at 1st view location need to be fired! I placed an order online and even called to make sure they deliver to my house, I confirm all of a sudden it says pickup, I called them 11 times spoke with 3 people got hung up on times, they kept forwarding me to customer service, the alleged supervisor answered with the car door beeping in the background then hung up on me, finally got to supervisor at the call center who let me know the disconnected the lines. I work very hard I just wanted a refund for the food I won't be receiving. Never again on everything I love.

I arrived to check my order. Pizza lovers is what i ordered. She gave me and the persons before me angry looks like we were bothering her for our paid orders. She rolled her eyes when she didn't put it the smaller order in a bag for the persons and they had to take a bag to carry it. She said this is a pepperoni lovers. Does this look like the picture online ? What's up with the burned area. I was in a rush or i would have stayed and made a complaint in person. Ocean View deserves better.

NEVER use the Pizza Hut app I ordered delivery ,one pizza and got charged for 3 Never got a confirmation email not even a message but still got charged for the pizzas I tried calling but they seem to not have my order I hope I get my money back
