I placed my order on the Pizza Hut app and then received a notification stating that it would be delivered via Door Dash. Apparently Pizza Hut no longer has delivery drivers that work directly for the store and only uses door dash because it's cheaper for them to pay door dash verses them paying drivers that are directly employed by them. I order a double order of bread sticks but instead I received a single order of cheese sticks. When I called the store to address the problem the worker admitted it was her fault and tried to offer a coupon that was less than the cost of the bread sticks. I declined the offer and stated that I just wanted the bread sticks. She then informed me that pizza hut wouldn't be able to deliver the bread sticks because they use doordash and doordash has a $10 minimum delivery. She argued with me as if I was in the wrong. Eventually she put me on hold to get a manager and the manager told me that doordash would bring me the bread sticks. The manager was very helpful, I just wish I didn't have to do the back and forth with the initial worker when pizza hut is to blame

Was just trying to order a pizza and the phone cut out for a half of a second so I asked the kid very politely to repeat himself and he very rudely basically yelled at me "yo, what you want bro?". I couldn't believe it!!

Called in for a take out order and the customer service was the WORST! If you hate your job than get a new one. There is no excuse to be rude to paying customers...especially when working in customer service! Never ordering here again!!!!

Whoever is working at 1455 on 12.6.23 needs to be fired. She’s rude. Everyone else I’ve dealt with here is pleasant, but she always gives me an attitude when I come in. Her manager needs to handle her accordingly. She’s a bad representation of Pizza Hut.

I ordered the big dinner box with 3 one-topping pizzas for carry-out. They got my order correct,the pizza was prepared in a timely fashion on a Saturday night at dinner time, they notified me when it was ready, and the pizzas were hot and tasted good. If you like Pizza Hut, this is a good franchise. If you don't like pizza from chains like Pizza Hut, this food won't change your mind. They did everything right.

I waited over an hour to have our food delivered and when I brought it into the kitchen it wasn't what I ordered, I tried to call the pizza hut where it came from and was hung up on three times. Me and my granddaughter went up there and all the manager would say was I'm Sorry and made 2 fresh pizzas. So now it took over 1 1/2 hours to get food for my family. The manager did not offer to refund my money he just told me to call Door Dash and complain. I chose Pizza Hut that was near me and it stated on the ordering system that I would have our food 25-35 minutes, I thought Kool that's great after working a 12 hour shift. Not happy how it was handled and will think twice before ordering from them again anytime soon.

They don’t wear gloves making your pizza and the manager has an attitude hung up the phone on me because I asked why you don’t wear gloves she said they don’t have to. I called back to ask her please not to hang up on me, but she sent me straight to the customer service who had me on hold for the last hour and still never answered. They have really come down and it is disappointing.
