Good place to unwind - Friendly staff and great place to watch the game

Got Cinnamon Sticks that were stuck to the box on the bottom and hard as a rock on top. When I asked Emma if I can get a refund for it she immediately started having an attitude and say I’m getting my boss. The way she responded like I was in the wrong to ask for a refund that I paid for which I didn’t want since it’s wasn’t edible

I placed an order through the Pizza Hut app with an estimated pickup time of 11:08. When I arrived, I was told my order wouldn’t even be started until all the walk-in orders were taken care of. If the app can’t provide accurate pickup times or prioritize orders correctly, what’s the point of using it?

Instead of simply acknowledging the mistake and letting me know my pizza was being made, the staff blamed it on a “corporate issue.” That’s not helpful—especially when I’m standing there waiting for an order that should have already been ready. Very disappointing experience, and it makes the whole ordering system feel unreliable.

I've been in the store now for over 30mins with at least 25 orders processed in front of mine.

Food was great and the delivery driver Allison was fast and professional. Great service!

No plates , had to use paper towel on the table no hot sauce, I did not see any cheese on the counter or peppercorn. Maybe you have to ask for it.

I come here every so often because it’s easy to access and it’s on base but ask me why when I get my usual order and I get insulted because of the toppings I chose like who we hiring to insult people for what they order like can we not keep our thoughts to ourselves I ask for management and they refused. so management if you’re watching this you need to really watch out who you hire for people on base because these people are sketchy

Idk if it was because I was hungry or the food was that good, but what I ordered hit the spot 😂. Between the time I placed the order online, to the time it got to me, (25ish minutes), my pizza was still hot and my drink was cold 😎. The lady over the phone was super nice and helpful, and the delivery driver was nice too. Overall pretty happy with this PizzaHut.

I get it! There is a lot of military personnel trying to get fed, but waiting for a melt and 6 wings for 2 hours is crazy bad! I do not recommend if it's 6pm and after and in a hurry

45 minutes to make my 2 personal pan pizzas. The cashier was nice, but management needs to do something about the wait time. I've been to smaller and busier PH on bases. Never has it taken 45 minutes to get my food.

Food is as good as another pizza hut
They close off alcohol when ever they want came in one day they stopped surviving beer at 1030 came in day the stopped serving it at 0900 the staff is really rude most of the time except for thr day check they are beautiful people for customer service.

I’ve always been hesitant to buy food from this place. Today I said, “what the heck”. First time for me. Upon entering, the dark interior is unwelcoming. The menu screens were difficult to read, as the font size is small. I order and wait for my pizza. The people who ordered before me had already received their pizza, so I was confused. 30 minutes elapse and I ask the worker politely if my order is almost done. He said he’ll call me when it’s done. Yes, I know that. He didn’t answer my question. I wait a while, and then he realizes the my order was taken by someone else. He suddenly decides to check receipts after my order was stolen. I wait 20 more minutes for my pizza melt. This was my first experience with pizza hut and my last.

I guess this is how they do their wings now ?
