Closed on a day that clearly says open and says open on Google. Unacceptable.

Help me understand or maybe I don’t understand, but when you go into a restaurant establishment, the establishment have to make you feel welcome with open arms, absolute, and that the service will be top tier. So from what I experience here versus the other Aztecas that the long wait are long, very long to the point that what you order 45 minutes ago, the food that you order is wrong and disappointing. It’s crazy that the party guess that we’re invited left with a bad experience and unsatisfied!

So this place needs to be closed. I have been Azteca customer in almost every state, so l get here expecting the same service but although there was only two people in the restaurants, we waited at the door for atleast 25mins and no waiter came to us. So l decided to call the phone number they have online and politely explained that we have been standing upfront, yet no one came and the phone went silent. So l walked up to the waiter and asked if they were closed and he said 'no'and then proceeded to show us to a table but we were so disgusted we decided to leave. Like 3 waiters watched us stand there the whole time and not even say 'hi ' or come get us seated. They kept folding towels and for a second we thought they were also guests. Smh. The worst Azteca ever. I bet this place will be closed soon.

Some of the workers there seem to be in a rush and seem to have slight attitudes. I've hardly seen any of them smile.

Wheelchair accessibility: I haven't seen anyone in there that was wheelchair bound but it doesn't seem to be spacious enough for a person in one.

Recommended dishes: Fajitas Chihuahua, Chips, Tortilla Chips and Salsa, Salsa, Azteca Margarita

Food isn’t bad but it’s super Unreliable to open at the same time each day it was still closed when I went there at noon on last friday and this Friday 1130 and it still hasn’t opened

Service sucks

Beware !! Came in expecting good service and great deals because of a prior experience instead got slow service and half met request . There was barely any people in the restaurant and yet the waiters took forever to take order , bring food , and hand bill . Waitress went on break and didn’t tell us and passed us off while we were literally in the middle of the process . I was very unsatisfied with my experience here and ONTOP of everything else they gave out old salsa . Also charged my card and added their own personalized tip after I wrote no tip on the receipt . DO NOT GO HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY , YOUR PATIENCE , AND YOUR TIME .

Have been to other Plaza locations before. This one had a weird vibe.

I ordered take-out. The food was good but the service wasn't. I was displeased with the way the cashier sat my food on the desk and didn't even notify me that it was ready. I don't know how long it sat there before I noticed and asked if this was my food.

Got to the restaurant around 6. We're seated immediately. We ordered drinks.They came...and that was the last time any employee came near our table. Our food order was never taken.After 30 minutes, and several "near" contacts, we gave up and went to the front counter to pay for our half consumed drinks.Three more near misses with staff (they really didn't want to interact, apparently) we left and went elsewhere for dinner.Won't bother trying again.

You can tell they spent some change on making it look nice in there.

They were busy the day I went & kept getting our orders wrong or forgetting to place orders. We were there on a Thursday. Tasted like any plaza Azteca once we got our food.
