Terrible experience, didn’t get what I ordered. Staff seemed under trained. Management was also incredibly rude, watched her walk away from someone trying to order.

i door dashed 2 chicken sandwich’s at 9:05pm n im just getting my food at 11:13 btw they both cold btw and ik they was letting my food sit because the bag w the sandwich was wet which happens when u let it sit and the steam turn into water plus my “order was being prepared” for almost 1.5 hours don’t recommend nun from here delivery or pick up don’t get it

The chicken was not done, and if I could give this place a ZERO I would. Only drinks were sweet tea and lemonade it had too much sugar. Just horrible and the AC was on in 20 degree weather.

This place is absolutely unacceptable in service and in food quality. Ordered the chicken strip family meal. The strips were literally GRAY. Completely un-edible. The sides were put in the bag so sloppy. The staff is completely disrespectful. I will never go back to this location (which is right by my house). Avoid at all costs.

Drive thru only service one car at a time. By the time you order your food and get to the window within 10 sec and pay. Your food comes out within the 2 minutes you paid. Reach in to get your food its cold like temperature of coming out the refrigerator. That goes for the tenders and cheese bites.

Ordered the 5 piece tender combo. Received two small pieces of chicken, no biscuit, and a half full fry. Complete waste of $18. On top of that had to stand in the restaurant for 5 minutes waiting for the employees to get off their phones and acknowledge me.

Sat at the drive thru for 15 minutes with no response, so I went inside.No hairnets even tho there was one w long hair, bare hand touching my food, this girl picked up a hand full of food and ate it THEN used that same hand to grab food and put it in my bag. Chicken is undercooked. Waste of money
