Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Food was excellent as usual but the customer service and employee attitude was downright disrespectful. Lady working the window was to busy on her phone to answer a simple question and when i got my food and said thank you, only response i got was the window slammed shut.

This store only runs good when the manager who works nights is working. The workers that are in there right now are angry they are at work it seems and very rude just as bad as janaf location

Glared at like I was some kind of issue for having the gall to order food at a restaurant. One staff member misgenders me and another says loudly "I think it's a she, girl, I don't know." I was then laughed at by that staff member. Not like it's anyone's business but I have an interesex condition. Disgusting behavior I would only expect from a child who doesn't know any better. Chicken sandwich was undercooked and had to be thrown out.

Well, I was very disappointed in my chicken sandwich on this trip. When the children sandwich 1st came out, it wasn't
a week I didn't have at least one. It had been a little while since I had been. I believe that everyone has a off day here and there, so I will go again and I will hold my final opinion until then.

Ordered the chicken tender family meal w macoroni and cheese and sprite. All 4 of my sprites tasted just like seltzer water and the shredded stringy chicken tenders were ok but there was more batter than chicken. The macoroni and cheese was good though and the biscuits were fresh and soft.

No one said hello!!! Young lady comes to the counter talking and holding her cellphone in her hand while taking my order! Food was cold!!!! I threw it in the trash can on my way out the door store!!!!!

The people who work there are all absolutely all rude never greet or say thank you for anything people without values or education. the floor is always wet. while the clients wait to do the order they just start talking to laugh at each other . they don't wear gloves and the same person who charges packs the food without washing their hands is disgusting.

I dined with a friend here. We both order our food, he gets a 3 piece basket and gets his within 5-10 minutes. I order a chicken sandwich, and it takes at least 40 minutes for it to be served. Service was decent, only they never informed me of the wait. So I was waiting and had no clue, I expected mines to be the same. But then a nice lady informed me that the chicken filets were just getting put on the grill. 3/10 experience. Walked 5 miles for this place, not worth it tbh

If I could give 0 stars I would the crew at this location are absolutely rude the wait is out of this world I just got a refund because of the attitudes yuck you ask for a manager and her attitude is even worse I will take the drive to another location if it means I get better customer service and don’t get me started on the up keeping of this establishment when I actually went inside to speak with management just avoid if possible

This is a very clean establishment. Everything smelled fresh and tasted good. This location is very well managed. I will visit this location when I have a taste for Popeyes.

9/30/24 still the worst Popeyes in the history of Popeyedom.. ordered 5 piece online.. the chicken is received was dry..and hard.. no flavor....dude and girl were laughing with each other more than taking orders...and were.. just throwing the pick up orders in a bin..instead of giving them to the waiting customers...

This is the worst experience I've ever had in a popeye's. The drive-through was down, apparently, so I had to come inside. One of the ladies was laying over the counter on her phone, and the TV was so loud. I couldn't even hear what she was saying and then I told her I was there to place an order so she said I had to talk to another guy who was standing behind the counter on his phone. When he finally came over, it was just a racket. Oh, my gosh, I will never be back to this place again.

These people can’t even read an order. Didn’t give me the sauce that I ordered with my tenders and these tenders are a joke, tiny. This Popeyes has the nerve to charge for extra sauce and they can’t even give you the sauce that comes with the order. They suck!!

This is the second time I have went to the popeyes and ordered a large combo with mac and cheese and fries. After the long wait they don't even give me the mac and cheese. I also have to pay extra to get it in the combo
