Really sucks to drive 15 minutes to your restaurant just for there to be no brisket at 5:00 in the afternoon

Do not go there orders are not ready on time the staff is moving slow staff doesn't speak at all you're confused when you go in the manager doesn't even look at you. That location definitely thumbs down

A big disappointment. They were out of several ingredients, including jalapeños. The queso was crusted over and did not look fresh. The person who made my burrito didn't know how to properly make one and the foil wrap did not cover the whole burrito. The burrito fell apart. The chicken was overcooked and stringy. It hurt my teeth to chew it. The soda fountain drinks come out flat. Also the place is unclean, especially the restrooms. I regret going here.

Stopped by for lunch yesterday. They were out of a bunch of basic things, (e.g. lettuce, tomatoes, pico). The drink fountain was not clean, everything was sticky, soda water dispenser didn't work, iced tea tasted like it was more than a day old. I felt sick the rest of the day after eating there. I do not plan to eat there ever again. If they can't keep the customer area clean then the area we can't see is probably worse.

First time I went today and got grilled steak and the steak was overly cooked.i wasn't happy about it.

Very busy night! National Burrito Day! Service was friendly. The food was okay, but they had run out of several ingredients. Tables were not very clean. The entire staff was busy trying to keep up with in-person and online orders.

The food here is disgusting. Some of the women in the restaurant need to adjust their attitudes when it comes down to customer service. Please everyone use gloves. One young lady did not wrap my child’s food correctly. Leaving the person who was going to ring us up accidentally touching the food that wasnt wrapped as she was talking to other staff member. Easy fix “ make it over”. Do not go back & forth with any customer. Just simply make it over. I asked for a top to cover my food as I waited for them to redo my child’s food. The lady asked was this for here or to go. IT DONT MATTER PLACE A COVER ON TOP. Her remake looked like a soft taco instead of an actual burrito.

Place was clean , however, floors were extremely wet.

Thank God For The Manager Who Has Simple Problem Solving Skills.

everyone in here was extremely nice and it was clean. only three stars because i always do the order online first to see the price before i go in, and it was more in person for the exact same things. she said “when you make changes to the surf and turf bowl it costs more” But I made changes to them online and it was cheaper lol. i’ll just do online pickup from now on.

My 2nd visit and the staff seemed irritated and uninviting. Though our main entrees were good, the chips for the salsa were extremely salty. Did not finish nor bother to complain due to the staff's already unpleasant attitude. I was treating my son on our day of shopping, so this visit was very disappointing.

Every time I go here I have some issue with the incompetence of the staff , the final straw this time was the complete rubber chicken I received, will never go back
