Horrible experience, they don’t let you order what you want and tell you you’re holding up the line!

Overall kinda like a Chipotle, good flavor and a good option vs leaving base if you're in a Chipotle mood.Chips could be a bit more sturdy they are very thin and break apart with queso even.Atmosphere is more due to the food court of the building its old and needs to be worked on (typical thing for military bases sadly)

That girl kiazia that works there is extremely rude and ratchet talking on the phone inappropriately while taking my order I shouldn't have to hear how you got a std while making people food definitely lost a good customer

The employee assumed I wanted a burrito bowl since everyone else ahead of me was getting bowls. When it was my turn, I told her I wanted a burrito instead. She gave me a nasty look and sighed. My friend asked if they had wheat tortillas. She tried to argue saying that they don't have wheat tortillas when it was right in front of her. My friend pointed it out to her and she said, "Uhhhhhh, I don't know if that is wheat?" Learn customer service skills and DON'T assume people's orders.

Had a late lunch break so decided to try QDOBA since there wasn't a line. It's a similar concept like chipotle. I got bowl with steak and loaded it with toppings. The bowl was deeper than I thought so it was a good amount of food. I meat was moist and the ingredients were decent. Overall, I was satisfied with my meal. I would return again.

Steak burrito barely wrapped and thrown into foil so that by the time you open it up everything came out. Could barely eat it let alone grab it, might as well had given me a bowl on the side.

The food gets better and better every time I eat there

I went on three consecutive days, each day I was charged differently for the same order. On the first day the onions and peppers were uncooked, who wants raw onion? On the second day they were cooked but so salty they were almost unedible. The second and third day the food was cold, and after sitting with a lid on the bowl for 10 minutes it never even softened the shredded cheese. On all three days the rice was undercooked and crunchy. On all three days the servers were rude. This location is terrible, I recommend going off-base to the Taco Bell down the road, that's how bad this place is.
