visited a year or two back , worst service. The main guy might be the owner was rude to Indians. He charged me 5$ extra just for plain white rice even if i Order 2 entree and we were 3 people.

This is THE spot! Somehow we have become regulars and it’s the highest honor of my life(okay maybe not but still awesome). We always feel so welcomed and the service is fantastic. The hack is coming for the buffet- I love that they are always rotating the items to try something new. When we come for dinner, my favorite is the tandoori paneer tikka. Highly recommend! It’s a great spot for vegetarians too. We’ve been to other Indian restaurants but they never compare.
I look forward to Rajput every time I’m in the Norfolk area! As someone who is vegan, has a gluten intolerance, as well as a peanut allergy, it can be hard to find tasty restaurants that are able to accommodate. The Rajput staff is so kind and easy to work with for my dietary restrictions. A lot of the menu is already vegan or gluten free!Every time I’ve been the food has been absolutely amazing (my personal favorites are the Spinach Pakora, Chana Masala, and Chana Palak). It’s definitely a place we go out of our way to get to whenever we’re in the area. Best Indian food I’ve had, nothing compares!

Rajput is hands down the best Indian food you can spend your money on!!The butter chicken 10/10!! I have had Indian food throughout Virginia and in various other countries to include Spain, Ireland, Greece and Latvia. Norfolk being the best!!They have quality service and the taste to leave you running back for more!Dietary restrictions: There are a wide variety of options to cater to your diet/allergies.I absolutely recommend if you are vegan or have any food allergies!
We love coming here when we’re in Norfolk! The curries are incredible, and the kheer (rice pudding) is my favorite way to finish a meal. Sitting in the booths is perfect, but the smaller tables don’t have much privacy, so choose a booth if you can!Dietary restrictions: Their menu is clearly marked with gluten free options
