They were out of several things that I tried to order. Then I was told after I paid that I would have to wait for my tenders (not the best tenders I've ever had). They asked me to park and when they finally brought my order out it was missing part of the order. I asked for a mixture of sweet and unsweetened tea since it is always too sweet and I was only given unsweetened tea. The young lady that took my order and the gentleman that brought my order out were both very nice.

It’s very dirty and unsanitary , the managers have attitudes everyday ,coming in late and everyone in there has problems. I waited on my food for a hour and a half and it was cold I asked for it to be fresh they complained and gave me the wrong order.The general manager doesn’t do his job nor make sure it’s clean in there overall this place needs to be shut down

Good food, slower service and it was rundown around the building. The specials cardboard signs hard to read at night as there was not enough light. Lines did not move fast and the cashier seemed to have wait a long time to give you your food.

When pulling up i saw a car backing up out the line didn’t know why but I found out 25 minutes later lol the wait was atrocious! I sat In line and couldn’t back up sooner because a car was behind me but They soon left and i just Did the same. Workers were coming in but the female who took my order had walked out the side door and left and people were just waiting out front to order as well lol i wouldnt Stop here unless you have the time and patience

This past Monday when I visited the self serving drink machine was down which was understandable, After I ordered a combo meal, I received my small cup I never expected it to be that small And of course, I was very thirsty so we didn’t take long for me to finish that drink, But the fact that I asked the girl working the front counter to refill my drink, I could tell she was annoyed and bothered that I asked her to do that, I’m like what do you expect me to do? Your drink machine is down, and on top of that, she never even greeted me when I walked inside the store And a person handed me my food never even said have a nice day or nothing, Out of all three people that were working on Monday I felt like only one of them was giving me good customer service, Overall, I wasn’t satisfied with the service, because if I feel like I get bad service at an store, especially from an employee who looks too bothered to do her job, then I’m gonna be tempted, not to come back

if i could give this zero stars i would. currently still waiting for food, we ordered for 4 people, and it has taken an hour. one full hour! over, actually. there were 6 people in the place and about 3 were working if they felt like it. i dont even know if the food is good, because it 100% is worth a review of 0 stars before i decide to try the food. i am hopeful it is the best god damn 27 dollar food ive ever had, again, it was almost an hour and a half of waiting. spare the trip. go to a local store and buy the stuff to make a burger. itll be worth it.
The absolute worst service I ever received in my life. I was in the drive thru for 20 mins and decided to walk up. Was in line for another 20 minutes then this man opened the other window and we all ran thinking he was opening. H said he was only doing door dash so we went back to the window. A group of boys who came after me jumped back in line. I told the light skinned girl with 2 pony tails that I was there way before them. The one boy started flirting with her and bragged on how he want her number so she proceeds with his order and about all 5 with them. I was very irritated...sat in line and all I had to do is flirt with your staff... Good Bye!!!

Came in around 2am, ordered a 2 for 6$ value. Came to the window and they tell my total is 13.07, confirmed my order was the 2 for 6$. Charged my card 16.09$. Found the receipt in the bag, and it my ordered but paid in cash. I dont know who to speak to about this, but night shift is running a shady business. Be careful when dealing with this establishment.
