Slow service bag quality food
One of the worst experiences ever. I ordered the mix and match online. When I got to the window to pick up. After a wait time as if they were really busy, the cashier asked for my email order number. He handed over a bag that was stapled shut. Send light for 2 burger, fries, and a pie. After opening the bag I noticed no fries or pie. When I asked for my fries he said they didn’t have any. Pie either. Didn’t even offer a substitute at first until I said that’s a lot of money for 2 tiny burgers and a drink. $16. Couldn’t even get a refund because they didn’t have a manager. They used to be decent sized 1/4 pound burger. Now McDonald’s value cheese burger has more meat. Terrible customer service and even worse food. Word to the wise. Never go after sunset.

The AI order kiosk is creepy/weird, again we’re the only people there, you would expect an actual person to take your order.
Food was OK, but there are much better places nearby (CFA, Doumar’s, Cookout). Buns are way too buttered and flat, can’t really tell it’s a bun anymore.

Rode through the drive thru and immediately thought “Why did they replace the people for orders”? I was soon to find out why after riding to the window. No greeting, and very awkward exchange. Nearly $20 for a mediocre meal and milkshake that couldn’t even be sipped through a straw. Asked for a spoon and got attitude. It’s sad. Never again; convenient or not…

It took me almost 25 minutes AFTER ordering 5 buffalo chicken tenders to get my food. I was in the drive through & had to go inside to ask for it & they still somehow messed up my order & gave me the wrong food. This place sucks, don’t waste your time.

Placed and order waited 2hrs they turned away every dasher saying my order doesn't exist instead of remaking the food when it obviously exist if multiple people have come trying to pick it up. Called the store and they hung up on me...NEVER eating here again

Worst restaurant in Norfolk and I thought that the one on little creek rd was worst I rather go there than back to this one is I order 2 mix and match meal 2 apple pies 1 chicken bite box and 1 brisket combo so about 40 to 50 dollars worth it pull up to window guy takes my money doesn't give us our drinks and ask us to park in parking lot ok no problem thinking 5 maybe 10 mins tops. Know watching 5 cars pull thru and it has beening a total of over 15 mins i pull thru again and the guy look at me like I was crazy so I had to blew my horn 3 tines just to get his attention ask if my food was ready he reply was well it still cooking. I told him I wanted my money back and he could cancel the order guess he got upset I also ask for a manager never got one and then when he handed my daughter the money back he kinda threw it at her so that the change didn't make it in my vehicle. I will hopefully reaching someone at corporate but this location is the worst stay far away

Just order some stuff online go and half of my order was missing. Never have i had this problem and the girl in the drive thru was not interested in her job. Very disappointed.
