Got the pick 2 deal and both burgers were suppose to b double rally burger with cheese... i got 2 rallys burgers without cheese and the ordered a large and got a medium fry.....it was a long day and i just didnt bother but was very disappointed.

730 on a Sunday night rallies souls point road in Azalea garden are not taking customer orders anymore. They're only taking DoorDash orders at their drive through and walk up. How ignorant and stupid is that? You can't walk or drive up to get food but if I call ahead, I can get food.

Never going back! Customer service is horrible here. The wait time is ridiculous and the staff is just the worst. Their card machine is usually down and they only will accept cash. Once you order and pay, they ask you to drive around to the other side of their drive thru and wait long periods of time. They never apologize for the wait time. I've seen staff in there eating food and we sit and wait for our food. This location needs to shutdown.

This place on azalea garden road does not even deserve 1 star the service is TRASH. I’m not sure who they hire but the customer service is TRASHHHHH there’s always a wait time to get ur food the. Workers act like you are bothering them they sit outside smoking cigarettes. The system always down or they only taking cash only they get your order and then look at you like you are the problem they are never apologetic last time I visited this location we waited almost 20 mins for our food and they still had the order wrong and was very rude when we asked for missing items. Alll a while one of the employees was walking around eating a burger her self I can’t make this up This place is just TRASHHHHHH

On October 26th around 7:00 p.m. I decided to go out and get some rallies for dinner. I waited at the menu board for about 10 minutes and nobody responded so I drove up to the window. I explained to the cashier however she really didn't seem too concerned about it. I want to head and ordered a combo one with no onions and a Coke. Took about 15 minutes and then finally I received my order and went home. Once I got home and opened up the bag I noticed the sandwich was sitting on top of the fries and the fries and the fries or dripping greasy. When I open up my sandwich I was surprised to see it was the wrong order. A combo one is a baconator and what I received was a burnt chicken and burnt bacon. I could only eat half a sandwich and then had to throw it away it was so nasty. This is the worst place I've ever ordered from and will never order from there again.

I just came in at 12:30. The manager Reggie took my order. He was very sweet from the beginning. The two women making the food had an issue so I could tell something was going on so I pulled out my camera. I recorded them saying if they wanted to spit in my food they would have and when I confronted them about it they said that I wasn't allowed to record them. Not understanding that they have no expectation of privacy in public. They also said they hate when they are watched making food. So I stated yeah because you just said you would spit in my stuff. The name on the receipt is Sandra so I'm not sure if it was her because I didn't get either of their names. Reggie said he was going to handle it but honestly this needs to be raised to corporate and above because those women should not be around people's food. This is disgusting. What is funny is I just posted a good review about this place a week ago and have to delete it because of them. Reggie was great even when I told him what happened, he even said it was unacceptable and that he was going to take care of it. But sadly I don't think those women should be around other people's food saying things like that. I would love to share the video with you the owner so you can make sure they are fired. I will be posting it online as well. If these woman are still there that is disgraceful as a place of business. I would not eat from here. Update: got home and neither Sabrina nor Zniyah, the ladies that were rude and plain unprofessional, put the correct food in the bag completely leaving out the apple pies and I'm allergic to onions and they put onions on both burgers when I asked for none. This was purposeful you can't tell me it's not. I came back to the window to get a refund and Reggie was very sweet about it but he was hesitant in giving up their names which he shouldn't at all because if someone does something like that you should be willing to give out their name so it doesn't reflect badly on you. He handled the situation greatly but when I came back they were still making food which is quite disgusting knowing what they said.

Horrible customer service. Older lady had an attitude, tried to rush us when ordering. I asked for ranch with my wings but recieved barbecue sauce. I asked to swap it and I could hear the male manager in the back angry saying to throw it away because i touched it. Went back for napkins for me and my coworkers and was handed 2 single napkins. I asked for more and told them we didnt get any from the beginning. I was handed 2 more. Before we left my coworker asked for a refill and was yelled at for asking when he could have said in a normal tone we dont give refills. The food was good but definitely not worth the headache and attitudes.
